so i've been putting my dumbells and bench to good use and i've been doing sit-ups and other exercises for a couple weeks now. i'm going to stick to it this time and maybe start jogging on the mornings i don't have to work.

Good for you, War.^^
I go on and off exercising. At times I'm like blah, whatever and maybe do some stretching. But at other times I'm suddenly really concerned about not moving about so I start doing exercises daily. I'm in the latter state of mind at the moment, yesterday I did sit ups and stretching and yoga stuff for almost an hour. And today I was walking about on business for 1,5 hours before school. :0
