I think just for the mods and admins we should have an avi contest..like a funky/wierd avi conest that u should have to wear fo llike 2 or 3 days...i think it'll be exremly fun!

i think there should be a lotto ( no paying involved unless you wish to have a ticket to have more gold in the main hrc account )
it'll work like they do on the news stations
just have the HRC say "all bets please hold as the lotto is about to take place" or something like that
just have a specific day and time then have hrc use the shout, and however many numbers you choose personally i think it should be like 4-6 numbers
choose the number range like..1-50
and have whoever is going to play pm you their combo of numbers ( to prevent someone from just making the numbers on the spot )
and whoever wins gets a certain amount of gold or an item prize of your choosing.

so the exact way an actual lotto works, like the 649
5 number combo, however many bets
it's really hard to run a real lotto on a place like gaia cause it's just kids looking to profit really easy and quick, and they will try scam any possible way they can.
the only way to do this would to have someone severely dedicated to gaia to always watch out for numbers, and make sure all numbers are PMd to a main account, then the hastle of looking through every PM you'd get and make sure it might be the same number.
also you have to look into that not every single week someone may win, the current lotto in real life can sometimes go for a month straight without having a complete winner
you'd also have to set up a system where people with say 4/5 numbers get a lump some of gold, same with 3/4 and 2/5, 2/5 would generally get a free play, 3/5 would get the minimal winning back divided amongst whoever got the same ammount.
4/5 would get even more.
so it would have to work something like
5/5 gets say 65% of all gold put into the pot
4/5 gets maybe 20% of all numbers that match 4/5
3/5 would get 5% between all 3/5 matching numbers
2/5 would get to go into the next draw for free
leaving 10% for the HRC to profit from to go towards even more contests
so say we have 1,000 people enter this lotto.
all paid say 1,000 gold to enter.
so that's 1,000,000 gold
say only one person gets all 5 numbers, they get 650k
i'm guessing 100+ would get 4/5 numbers, then you have to split 200,000 between 100 people, making the 4/5 panel only get 2,000 gold each.
then even more would get in the 5% margin, and we don't even need to calculate that...
so making a for real lotto system on gaia would just be to extreme, you have to much that we can't compute like the real lotto does....

I don't see why gaia doesn't make their own for real lotto system, it isn't hard.
I have broken it down, and it's a pretty easy solution
it would take them maybe a week to make it all, then maybe a couple weeks to tweek it and make it perfect, have a weekly draw, everyone pays so much before a certain time on a certain day of the week, say Friday.
pick your tickets, pick your numbers and bet, they would probably make so much off a legit lotto on gaia, and it would make the economoy more stable i'm sure too.
cause it's kinda whacked
