So, I have special feet. I think they look fabulous and are super cute, but I tend to pick up ickies all the time. (Going barefoot in public places is a giant no no for me.)
I'm curious to how you all pamper your feet. Do you have special ways of treating sore feet?
I soak my feet in apple cider vinegar regularly. I also put shea butter covered with socks before I go to bed. It makes them love me. :3

I run around barefoot alot. The best I do is massage and stretch the soles of my feet to relieve the pain from being on them for 8 hours a day.
What do epson salts do?

epson salts make your skin tender, and its easier to file off callouses or dead skin on your cuticles from what i remember. i used it when i had an ingrown toe nail.
my poor feet feel abused when i read your foot pampering techniques. i'm always barefoot (i hate socks, and going barefoot in shoes makes your feet smelly- and why wear sandals if you can go barefoot? lol), so i have really mean callouses. maybe i should try to be more nice to my feet xd

I personally like my callouses. years of running around barefoot make my feet sturdy. They're not overly rough either.

You two are crazy! Walking around barefoot! Pssft! xD
I need to have my feet covered and nice and neat and proper or I go crazy. Though, even with my pampered baby foot skin, they're still pretty tough.
The magnesium in epsom salts also acts as a muscle relaxant. I should pick some up and try just soaking my feet in it. (Usually I do epsom salt baths.)

I run around barefoot in the summer, but ever since 2 summers ago - i stepped on a yellowjacket, i stopped -_- I use this creme called 'pretty feet' is gets rough skin off and makes the feet soft. But i dont do much for my feet, when Tom wants he massages them x3

Use equal parts water and grapefruit, orange, or lemon juice to soak your feet. Then file them, or use a pumise (sp?) stone (which works fantastically btw).
For an awesome foot scrub combine a 1/2 cup of olive oil and a 1/2 cup of brown sugar.

I used to run around barefoot all the time too. My feet were rough and I was proud. Then they started getting all cracky and just gross. So I bought a ped egg. It works wonders especially if you use lotion afterwards. Ped-egg them once a week and you're good.
I also enjoy epsom salt baths. So warm and comfy.

you know that callouses are technically good and shoes are unnatural? back in the day (lol) people walked around barefoot and the callouses they acquired acted as their shoes.
