Past: He can't remember his parents. He was born in leafbare and left inside the Riverclan border as a tiny kit, so young that his eyes hadn't opened yet. He was found by a patrol, half of which wanted to leave him (since he smelled of Rogues, and what if his parents came back?). But the other half reminded their clanmates that the Warrior Code stated that all kits where to be protected, no matter where they were from, and that no parent would leave their kit out in the open in such cold weather. So they took him back to the camp, and was cared for by a young queen who had had one of her kits die from the cold already. Some of the clan resented the arrival of the kit, since there was little enough food for the clan cats as it is, and when he was old enough to understand they repeatedly reminded him that he was lucky the clan had been merciful enough to take him in, and he had better be grateful.
Present: For all the tough words of the cats who'd snarled at him when he was younger, he knows that the clan can't exactly kick him out unless he does something truly horrible. So he doesn't bother putting forth his best effort in anything, content to just ride along on the clan's hospitality. He does do what he's told, be it hunting or patrols, but he only does enough work in them to be sufficient, never more than he needs to. He would never volunteer for extra work, and has somehow managed to never be given an Apprentice to train. He'd rather laze about as much as possible...away from anyone who would make him do extra work if they saw him being idle.
Future: He could use someone to make him actually put some effort into doing anything, and possibly have an apprentice at some point.

About: Dalto is colorblind. Specifically, he has Protanopia, which means he can't see red at all. Shades of red, orange and green look yellow or brown to him, and shades of purple look blue. So he thinks his reddish feather is a normal Agent brown. smile
His banner was "won" in a training exercise that resembled a game of Capture the Flag. Some Bratva Agents had been split into two groups, and each of them was supposed to find and defend a particular flag while finding the other group's flag and bringing it back to a home base. Dalto got turned around during the exercise and found his own group's flag. But he thought it was the other group's flag, since couldn't tell the difference between the colors, so he grabbed it and ran back to the base. He was so proud of his "victory" that he decided to keep the flag as a trophy. The other cats didn't bother correcting his mistake and just whispered behind his back. But from then on, he was never allowed to go scouting, or to patrol on his own for fear that he'd mistake something again. Hunting is about the only task he's allowed to do alone, since they figure he can't mess that up too badly.

About: His family was broken up soon after birth; his mother had mated with a cat she later found out was Bloodclanner, and was frightened when he demanded to take the kits with him shortly after birth. She tried to run and bring her kits to the safety of Bratva, but only managed to bring Flint and Reiyah before she was found and killed by her mate. He then brought Roderick and Misha back to Bloodclan with him. As of now, the kits know nothing of their siblings in the opposing clan.
