Lita turned to leave but then he asked if she was okay. She turned and smiled faintly, "yeah, why do you ask?" she said curiously. Before he could reply she turned and headed down the hall toward the computer. Once there, she opened up a few online files and began to continue her work. She felt a sudden sense of urgency, wondering who they were going to send after her. She was currently hacking into a computer data base of sorts, encrypted information streamed quickly across the screen, but she seemed to read it with effortless finesse. She was starting to incorporate herself a bit more into this 'normal' lifestyle, but she still had her original mentality to some extent, and her will to survive was strong. She wasn't going back. In the back of her stomach a bit of a pit, though, was forming. one of slight guilt. she'd drawn Alex, unknowingly, into something much bigger than he might expect, and she didn't know if the poor boy would be able to handle it. Hell, he barely survived her reflexes when she'd pointed the knife at him. She continued the steady work.

G-2841 placed the "do not disturb" sign on the door handle and closed it behind him. He opened his guitar case and began to sort his weaponry and make a mental list of what he was going to need to supplement his current supply.
He had with him ten rounds for the Hecate and twenty for the Beretta. He would need more, and possibly a taser. He arranged everything neatly on the bed and got up. It was time to do some shopping. But first he would need to make sure he had all the proper paperwork to keep the local law enforcement off his back till this assignment was done.
He walked two blocks up the street to a library and sat down behind a computer. He typed in an email address and sent a message of a specific set of code words, ten seconds later he got an automated reply with a file attachment containing CIA credentials along with local weapons and ammunition permits. He printed these out and deleted the email.
He put the papers in his coat pocket and next walked to a gun shop listed as carrying the ammunition and other such items he would need. "I would like thirty 50 caliber Browning rounds, and two hundred 40 caliber S&W rounds." He said staring straight at the clerk's surprised expression.
"That's alot of firepower, you hunting polar bears or soemthin'?"
G-2841 blinked. "No."
The clerk shook his head. "OK, here you go. Anything else for you?"
"Do you sell tasers?"
"Sorry dude, we sold our last one yesterday, not getting anymore till next week."
G-2841 picked an ammo bag of a rack in front of the counter. "This as well."
The clerk ran everything through the scanner. "Alright, you total comes to $841.53." He handed the clerk his card, gathered everything and left returning to his hotel.
Now that he was better equipped he needed to begin his search for L-7768. She had been last spotted outside a department store ten blocks from his current location. She had been entering a car bugt the license plate could not be read from the angle that had been available. Odds were that she knew she had been seen and would not return there for some time. This would be an interesting chase.

From the room the computer was in strange noises were heard. A few crashes and curses and it sounded like a dismantling of sorts. If Alex were to look in on her he would find that his computer was no longer...existent. She began to carry the pieces she'd disassembled back to her room again.
Back in her room, she had literally somehow transformed it. Wires, computer parts, and television screens were around the room, and the only reason it still looked like a room was the bed situated in the middle. Once she had everything she needed, all that was left of Alex's computer was the screen and the frame. Everything else she had used how she needed it. Pulling up a chair to her somewhat super computer, Lita turned it on and began to tap into a few items.
On the screen to her left an image began to form, it seemed to be a security camera feed. It looked like from the town her and Alex had been shopping in earlier. Watching the feed she saw herself entering the stores. A frown came to her lips, "s**t...I'm going to need a disguise" she muttered and switched the cameras as she continued her search. This wouldn't do, she was becoming sloppy.

Alex stirred again at the noises, groaning as he got to his feet. Reluctantly, he grabbed a bottle out of his sock drawer and dry swallowed a couple of the pills inside. He continused persuing the wierd sounds. he had a sinking feeling in his stomach when he saw what looked like remains of his computer in the hallway. he walked hesitantly into Lita's room. "Oh my God," he gasped, looking at the disaster within. He leaned against the doorframe. "What the hell happened."

Lita glanced up at Alex came in, a look of slight disbelief on his face. Her expression remained stoic as she shrugged some and returned to her work, typing away at the computer, "I remodeled a bit, hope you do not mind. I needed to have a base of operation for now. If you are displeased I can clean this up though" it was more of a rhetorical statement than a question though. A surge of electricity went through the computer as the lights flickered some and then returned to their normal state. Lita glanced around, "I do not have enough power...do you have a secondary source of energy?"

"I...ah...um...what?" Okay, seriously, the doorframe was the only thing keeping Alex from hitting the ground at that point. "I'm a little more concerned by what you've done with my computer. And where you found the rest of this," he gestured around the room. Stay with it, Alex commanded himself. This was reality, she had done this, and that was the way it was.

Lita sighed, "i'll get you a new one, a better one, and you'd be surprised what you can do with every day items" she smiled faintly and turned toward Alex, "I'm going to need a disguise. I'm afraid I've been spotted.." she frowned some and moved toward Alex. Kneeling before him she placed her hands on his shoulders, "you have to trust me" she leaned in and kissed him again, "please"

G-2841 carried his guitar case as he walked through the shopping center where L-7768 had last been seen. It wasn't likely she would return any time soon as reports had stated her demeanor had been such that she thought she'd been spotted. But this was currently the best place to begin a search.
He was wearing black cargo pants and a video-game themed T-shirt simply because he hadn't been allowed to choose his own wardrobe. He would have preferred a set of fatigues, mostly because of the lack of pockets, but that wouldn't blend so well in a public arena.
He slipped his way into the security room of the grocery store L-7768 had been at, the door had been conveniently unlocked by a lower-class agent. He then proceeded to collect the tapes from the date in question and left without being confronted by anyone.
He returned to the hotel and spent the next several hours fast forwarding through security footage. When at last he found what he was looking for he spent another two hours watching and re-watching every second that L-7768 could be seen. All that could definitely be determined from watching the security tape was the she was hungry. But a more general piece of information was that she had an ally and he seemed to live north of the grocery store. Not definite, but most likely, that was the best that could be done right now, and something was better than nothing.

"What do you mean you need a disguise?" The pills were starting to kick in, helping him pull the pieces back together. Not something he could really do by himself anymore, even when he really wanted to. "What the hell is going on?" he called after Lita, following her.

Lita began to root through the odds and ends she'd bought at the store. Luckily she'd slightly anticipated this happening and had picked up a few things that might assist in making a disguise. An assortment of extensions and wigs and colored contacts to change her distinct eye color. "I told you before, I was spotted. I can't stay in the open they'll find me...and take me back. I do not wish to go back" she said, "you must understand and trust me" she slipped into the bathroom and locked the door.

While the mischevious Lita and Alex were inside a store shopping for material for a disguise, a fairly large truck had made it's way into the town, It had stopped just before the street entrance.. Housing what looked like several computer systems, and some strange people, they seemed to be searching for something..
Woman: Alright heres the assignment they gave us, remember not to shoot anybody unless they make the first move, get going.. Grave.

When Lita returned from the bathroom she looked like an entirely different person. Her hair was no longer black but a chestnut brown and wavy, her eyes were now a blue-green color. Her skin even seemed to be a different color, and she covered the barcodes with concealer so one couldn't tell she had them unless they had a very particular eye. Gathering the remaining things and putting them away she returned to the kitchen to get something to eat.
