Well, now that we got a Guild, we'll need some new rules, and so, just so that you guys will know what you're allowed to do and what you're not allowed to do.
Mainly in the Guild...
1. You may make your own topics here, but do not let them be spam-based. IC or discussion threads would be appreciated.
2. The rule above doesn't mean you can go around spamming new topics around. x_x You only need one topic for spam, and that's the OoC Chatterbox.
3. You may gain Credits by doing missions for the governments. Credits are the currency used in the Vanguardian Axis, although we allow Gaian Gold for buying Mechs and such from other anime and games. Check the Mech Battle Thread for more details.
4. There will be bet races held at the Golden Phoenix Casino Thread, by the use of AOL/AIM Chat Dice. We will only accept Credits there. The pilot who wins the race will gain Credits as well.
5. There is a 5000 credit award for reffering a friend into the Vanguardian Axis. Please let them notify me of that and I will update the refferer's bank account.

Rules for Vanguardian RP Threads:
1. No God Moding.
2. No Spamming/Bumping.
3. Violence and other criminal acts committed within Vanguardian Space will be recorded on your citizen's record in the Vanguardian Axis Databanks. Any crimes will not be tolerated. Punishments may vary depending on the crime.
4. Rivalry among other RPers would be okay, but please do not resort to violence within the colonies. If there is something in need to be settled, please take it outside of Vanguardian Space.
5. You will need to be authorized to have weapons with you in Grand Vanguard. Please gain this authorization during your ID Registration.
6. You will gain authorization to many restricted services and the likes once you gain the government's trust by successfully completing missions given to you.
7. Incase anyone without an ID Card comes and doesn't attempt to RP seriously, please ignore them. If they continue posting here, perhaps a mod may be necessary.. ( This Rule is probably not necessary now as a person without an ID Card can't post in here, as it is now in a guild, but I will keep this here for this RP's tradition. )

I've just updated the Vanguardian Bank thread into the Vanguardian Bank & Garage.
Now it lists everyone's Mechs and Ships for conveniences.
Edit: 8/21/04 - I've also added two banners in the OoC Image Drop Thread.. but they're too revolved on me. x_x
If anyone has a suggestion for a new banner design, please tell us in the OoC Vanguardian Discussions Thread.
Edit: 9/5/04 - We now have Leowen's mech thread. If you still don't have a mech yet, try paying a visit there. Very huge capabilities in customization.

Well, we've been getting quite a few more members in the guild, but unfortunately, it seems like a lot of the people, including most of the people that has been very active.. which also includes me, have been very busy due to school. @_@ Anyway, if possible, I'd like things to get back on track or something, so.. maybe atleast post in the chatterbox thread about your status. Like.. whether if you're available often or not or .. yeah.
... Also, I posted this new sig I made in the sig shop thread, but.. I'm thinking about giving you guys a discount, if I can ever find some time to actually work on it. This thing takes a long time to do.
In the shop, I set it for 1000 Gold, but for members of the guild, I'm thinking maybe discounts with respect to the donations. Like...
750 for Guild Members
500 for Silver Phoenix Members
250 for Golden Phoenix Members
If we were to make more stuff in the future, we might go with a similar discount thing for those too.
Edit: Note, it says Members. That's members of the guild. @_@ I don't think I can spend too much time on these sigs, including people outside of the guild too, so.. yeah. As of now, Members only.
... During some vacation or something though, I might offer non-guild people discounts like these if they have an ID Card.
