So, I'm thinking about getting my hair cut this summer or this spring. I've been thinking about it for a total of... two days. I usually get this way when my hair gets too long and gets caught on things so much. I do really like it a lot, so I'm hesitant to cut it, but I've cut it before. It's just taken a while to grow it back this long. Right now, my hair reaches down to past my shoulderblades--but it's currently up in a ponytail so it's longer. I'm thinking of getting it cut short short and I've been looking at photographs of short hair on Asian women. I don't have a mirror, so I can't really study how my face looks... But I'll probably print out a few pictures and bring them to my hair stylist and ask him what he thinks would look best on my facial frame.
What do you guys think? Maybe some of you can help me look for short hair styles to change my hair to. Or, just some that you like. I dunno... It doesn't just have to be Japanese styles. The websites that I've seen with the most short hair have been from Korean Websites. Apparently, there is a popstar that cut her hair and has stray from the norm of having long sleeky black hair.
My hair is an all-natural blonde-auburn mix. ^^ It gets lighter in the summer than the winter, but a lot of people wrongly classify me as a red-head because my red streaks are darker then my blonde hair so it makes me look like a strawberry. 4laugh Nya~

 I think it would be a tragedy to cut your hair. But that's because I think long hair is the best kind of hair. (mine is down to my waist) I like the short style in the pictures you posted though. I have a friend who has a style similar to those and it looks really cute.
Although I personally think that the way to go is letting it grow! lol I keep my braided now. I used to leave it just hanging but it would go all over the place. In the summer I do braided pigtails or a single braid. It works well and it's easy to do. ^_^

Mm, I don't have any recent pictures of myself. My glasses are a little bit different now. They are red with black frames, and are rectangular, not metal ovals.
I know I can't do much with it but I guess the hing is....
I can't stand it when my hair is at that middle height. When it just touches your shoulders? I think that it was because I didn't have a good cut for it at that length. That's why I want to go shorter. I seem to go thru this every 5 years. Just when my hair grows out I get sick of it and I want to cut it again. Lol Oh well. I think the model with the closest face structure to me is the 7th picture, the one wearing the black jacket.

Yeah, I would only go back to this one guy... He's my mom's stylist and he recently moved so his prices went up. ;-; He's a really nice guy. (And you know he's good if he has his own studio with a built in spa...) He's the one who I let touch my hair for senior prom and he did a very nice job with it. ^^
I have to start saving. ;-; This means that Yama and I can't go out for a while... My paycheck next week will be a small one because I called out from work due to a code red snowstorm here. AKA: blizzard like conditions. With like... 14 inches of snow...But it was fun because I got to spend the night with my girlfriend. ^^

Lol, I'll be sure to be sketchy and PM you. I've pretty much decided though. I hope to replicate the first one. With shorter hair I can use styling products to make it look like that. I can curl it and the like too to tease it. As is, I have a LOT of thick, heavy hair. People underestimate how much hair I actually have. I'm taking it over with my mother to see which hairstylist in the area would be best for me. She's very inconsistent with her hairdressers so she pretty much knows everyone. x] mugoi_usagi I had a really weeeeeird dream last night. lol I WISH I had thicker hair. I have a ton of hair but it's pretty thin lol

I'm definitely itching to cut it though!! It has to be at least 10" long at its longest point in order for them to use it. I think I'm okay. It would be just about there though.
