It's just the voice he uses on stage. Prime and I were talking about it once, and decided that Ryan sounds wayyy different when he talks on stage than he does during interviews or other videos.

It's like he puts on a fake voice when he talks on stage, and it sounds sort of like he's trying to sound like Bob Dylan, so we call it his "Dylan" voice.
