User Image A massive blue and white male with red lightning sparking out above his dark blue eyes, this male was the returning alpha to his pack. His heart was heavy because he could feel that his mate had told their oldest daughters the truth about their pasts. Something he had hoped to have been there, to insure his beautiful and strong daughters that they were still growing blossoms in his heart and he would only change one thing. Being their genetic father.

No, Crunch had gone off with his youngest sister Gracia to look for the sister they had missed since a couple months after their birth. Strange, how there was someone out there that would understand his grown daughters' pain, and now she was coming back with Gracia. They should have either arrived already before him, or would be back in Akiiki Chibale land shortly.

Crunch titled his head back and let out a howl that was just announcing his return to his pack, his family. He was looking forward to look into his daughters eyes, all three of them and his sons, greet his mate with tender licks, and give Twix a stern, but loving smile before introducing them to Alina, as she now called herself, and as soon as he found Gracia to walk back to the main den with.

She was staring off into the tops of the forest as her pale blues try to catch the light that tried to pull through the branches from up high. It looked like she was searching for something when she was searching for nothing because Alaqua because she was there. Watching her taking those steady steps to a new path in her life as a true wolf. She was uncertain and cautious of her actions now it seems. This place was foreign to her yet it was her home. It was a true irony.

Alaqua's ears perked up at the strong howl that echoed through. Her thoughts scattered as her head towards the call. Her body motion forward, taking a step as new born thoughts blossomed in her mind. A pack? Was it safe to join one? Was it save to once again become part of something? Will she be torn away from it like when her human alpha left this earth? Will her heart break again? She did not know the answer to these questions but she knew she could be not alone forever.

Moving quietly and calmly, she searched for an undistrubed place where the howl of the mighty wolf would not curse her. A slight wind and she grew still as it graced her fur. She thought of her human alpha as his strong sent came to here. Her eyes and ears came alert as she had cross his path. He was large alpha, confident pose and deep eyes that like the night sky with red thunder coming from them. A slight fear came through her once calm body as the humans were always catious of this roaring light in the sky that roared.

Her mind scrambled as she stood her ground but the thought of her weak hands going through her fur calmed her again. Alaqua was the first to speak,"Alpha, do not threatened by my foreign scent for I did not mean to crossed into the land that you have touched."

From the woods slightly before him, out stepped a olive colored female with pale blue almost slate blue eyes. His head erected more, the joy of being home and the anticipation of it, were quickly covered up by the alpha mask that the blue male possessed.

It showed no emotion, except for what his deep blue eyes would give way on occasion. The small female spoke strangely, well for him at least, but his face didn't allow her to see his mind working with her spoken introduction.

"What is your name?" His voice would have been more alpha hard, but he couldn't smell another wolf on this wolf and so didn't feel threatened, except for the faint scent of...the two-legged humans on her.

"You seem to be far from home if you lived with the humans." He stated, but his eyes were not nearly as hard as his face or voice, he was sympathetic to her for being far from her home, even if that home was with humans.

She was tense but did her best to hide it. Her mind wanting to keep that calm state of mind. Alaqua has never met an alpha of a pack but has heard of them. Others will call them the center of the pack just like who there seemed to be one human that all the other humans looked upon with admiration and respect. Their eyes would go to him and he would make the tell others what to do.

He asked her name. This surprised her a bit as she half expected him to tell her to leave. She watched him with slight confusion and a bit of curiousity/. Should she tell him her name? Her name wasn't just a name to her. It was a gift, a rebirth and a second-chance. She took the name with her into these lands as the name gave a sense of pride and strength. Was she indanger of saying her name? No one knew her in these lands.

As her thoughts rambled on only for his voice to enter her ears again. His voice spoke of humans and home. She lost her tension only to replace with a sense of sadness and calmness. Her eyes seemed to turn more dull,"My name is Alaqua...I have no home anymore but a new life."

Again, she was reborn by the same hands that saved her only this time she kept something from that old life.

His dark eyes looked her over, it was obvious the tenseness in her frame, most loners who wandered into a pack was tense, but this was a kind pack to come into if a loner. A pack that welcomed other openly, and a pack that was always accepting to new family members, as Crunch viewed his pack as a family, a loving and caring family.

He would be the father, the one to give orders, but if another came to his pack with ill will, the scar on his back was the only reminder that he would kill another to save his family and anyone in it. Though that very scar was back from before Akiiki Chibale was ever actually formed and named.

Crunch watched a flurry of mixed emotions spring across the loner's face. But he stood there, eyes just watching, ears just flickering this way and then that listening to the surroundings, he wasn't going to rush this olive colored wolfess. She indeed was far from home, and well he was positive not a threat to him or his family and pack.

After he had brought up her scent, it seemed to effect her and then she told him her name. Alaqua, with no home, so something had happened to her humans, something he wouldn't press for. The sadness told him it wasn't a fond memory and so he would let her keep it to herself, maybe bury the bad ones, but keep the good. Possibly something that would go with the fact of her new life being given to her.

He let the words settle in the air, before his face laxed abit. "You've traveled far," another statement, "Have you ate anything, Alaqua?" He questioned.

Then added on in a kind tone, "I'm Crunch, Alpha, as you have called me, of Akiiki Chibale; my pack has food and welcomes those without or kicked from their homes openly, well most of us," his sister, and beta, Twix popped into his mind. He might have seemed too open about this, but Alaqua seemed to have seeked something and maybe she could find that something in Akiiki Chibale, in due time.

His presense seemed more calming now. Alaqua watched him carefully for a moment. His question caught her attention and also because it was still new to her to hear her name from another wolf. She blinked at him as if he said the strangest thing but answered,"I have..." It was true she had plus she rather not eat infront of anyone. It wasn't that she mind anyone watching, it was what she usually did with the remains that might bring up some question that she will find hard to answer. It was funny how she always felt that she would be different from other wolves even though she never been in a pack. Memories of her past as a young pup were not so detailed and clear. She knew she had a family. A father, mother, brothers and sisters that cared and loved her. It all seemed unclear to her. She then found a place to live with the humans but that did not last so long.

He spoke of his pack. He said it welcomed those who had no home. Was he inviting her? She was not sure. Well, she was mostly afraid that she could be wrong. Was she getting overly nervous?

A pack? What was a pack exactly? A family? A home or a shelter? No, the question is what would a pack mean to her?

"I was only part of a pack when I was very young, Alpha"
She called him Alpha again, feeling she was not suited to call him by his name just as of yet,"But I am cautious because there are those who destroy because of greed or pride. You are not one of those?" It was a question she had to ask.

Those dark eyes looked at the olive pelted female, and gave a single nod when she answered him simply with an, I have. Well that was one concern out of the way, a hungry wolf could become a danger to any pups, and he had three little ones running around at this very moment, he would protect till death.

The large blue alpha didn't say anything, he was watching her simple body language again. Something that Crunch tried to do with others, those in his pack, loners, or his neighbors.

There were questions that shot through the other wolf's eyes those he only could imagine what they were, but he guessed in his own mind something dealing with packs.

And then she stated her knowledge and inquiry. He might have grinned, had he been any other alpha in good times, but the air was thick with the shadow of Aqua Azul and their blood lust.

"My pack, as I've stated, we welcome others openly, we are a family in Akiiki Chibale, be you a blood relative of my ancestors or a wolf who found us when you were run down and without anyone to call family or a place to call home. My pack doesn't go out looking for taking over territory other packs have claimed, we have more land then needed for the size of the pack at the moment; but I must warn you. The pack closest to the ocean, Agua Azul and the pack in the deeper woods to the left," He looked towards the direction of The Reign of Terror, "called the Reign of Terror, are both packs that seek greed for land and pride in themselves of being the best of packs."

Though Agua Azul was far larger then both Akiiki Chibale and RoT, the pack was unconnected and tossing power in directions that caused fissures through out the whole pack make up.

His eyes, with a serious chill, moved back towards Alaqua. "I have no plans of ever becoming a harsher, then necessary, alpha to keep my family from falling apart. Those who come with no ill-will towards Akiiki Chibale will have no problem moving through these lands, they might be followed, but nothing shall harm anyone just passing through and they shall not be asked to do any favors or for a tribute." the last part added because of the Reign.

Crunch thought about his words for a second and twitched his tail slightly, "Does that make any sense? Or better, answer your question at all?" He felt kinda off, knowing that something was off in his family, the air was just unsettled and it was making him lose a lot of his strict focus Crunch prided himself upon.
