Personality:
Despite her kind and compassionate outward appearance, Shizuke should not be approached without a guarded heart. The woman is as vicious as they get. She has high expectations for any wolfriders she encounters and will not offer an ounce of mercy or kindness towards anyone who fails to meet her expectations. As a previous captain, she had a die-hard habit of expecting people to greet her with the outmost respect. Then again, as a current 'advisor' to the captain and lieutenant of White Shadow, she still expects all wolfriders to know to treat her with respect. After all, she has lived though many hard years as a wolf rider as both a sergeant and a captain; therefore, her world and even her presence should be revered.
Thankfully, after her retirement, her difficult nature has calmed somewhat and she seeks to enjoy live just a little more. She's often more forgiving (verses when she was captain where she basically tortured people on a daily basis) and seeks other ways to help out the fort that is slowly outgrowing her leadership. As an attempt to forget the sudden death of her wolf, she keeps herself busy with various things such as cooking, reading history books, helping the infirmary, and overseeing Riya's training. She also seeks company of her son whenever the young man is not busy (despite how he attempts to run from her).
