I'm eating wheat Ritz crackers and drinking water right now. A little crispy/crunchier than the others, but they taste awesome~
I agree with the weaning myself off it. S'why I'm going to incorporate a LOT of water and maybe a glass or two a day. I just like to drink all day, I'm one of those. And I'm over being all, "Water is gross" because right now with all the moving and lifting and cleaning shiz I'm doing the water is friggin' awesome.

THIS IS WHAT I MADE TONIGHT, MAKE IT ONCE
You need-
rice cooker big pan for frying.
Ingredients-
Rice (brown, white, whatever. I used brown) Veggies (I used cucumbers, eggplant, peas in a pod) meat (I used tilapia fillet, you guys probably would use a flattened out chicken breast. (Flat is good) ) EGGS FLOUR SOY SAUCE PEPPER SALT LEMON JUICE chicken broth
Need a rice cooker. Put as much rice as you think you'll need in. Add enough veggies for how many people you'll be feeding in the steamer top. Pour chicken broth over the top so it coats the veggies and seeps down to the rice.
Turn on and let it cook, go away for a bit.
come back when veggies are almost done (cucumbers took ages for me)
Put oil in a pan, egg, flour, egg, flour chicken/whatever meat
FRY THAT s**t
Mix flour with the rest of the egg stuff until you have a sticky paste. FRY THAT s**t TOO.
Assemble when done-
Rice on bottom, veggies on top, fried meat in a corner, crunch fried dumpling lumps scattered around.
Add pepper (won't need salt most likely from the broth)
Sprinkle some soy sauce, or keep some for dipping. Put some lemon on your fish (if you have fish, put it on chicken too I guess, otherwise go without)
I IT IS CRUNCHY AND DELICIOUS HOLY ******** SO GOOD.

Okay so here is tonight's dinner. It is tasty amazing.
Need-
small red potatoes small blue potatoes small onion garlic cloves fresh kielbasa cabbage cucumber (was alright but you can exclude or add other veggies)
Steamed the potatoes/onion/garlic in my rice cooker. Put the cabbage (shredded with knife) in a pan along with like 4 inches of kielbasa and olive oil. cook dat s**t.
Gotta cut the kielbasa up into smaller slices so it'll finish cooking. Take cabbage out when it's still bright but less crunchy, like 5-7 minutes of cooking.
Pepper dat s**t.
Peppered cabbage in bottom, sliced potatoes, onions, other veggies on top. Smear those goddamned nice soft garlic cloves over your potatoes man. Add the cooked sausage. CONSUME.
It is delicious.

I really, really, really want to make cheeseburgers with sharp cheddar AND cream cheese. Like maybe for me and Jess's mom I'll ad some sauteed spinach and some bacon onto it as well, extra treat for us eating falsely healthy! ><
Hey, Cass, do you know any good recipes for veggie melt sandwiches? I keep looking around online, but I'm really getting sick of the whole "Italiano, Mediterranean, Greek" crap. Well, really; do you have any suggestions for any?
All I can come up with is spinach and cheese and maybe a little tomato.

Or just a thick slice of a sweet onion and some stuff. I keep thinking nuts wih anyhing would be good though.

I baked chocolate chip cookies and they turned out awful. I shoulda known better than getting something that said half the sugar and made with wheat or whatever the ******** it was.
They're regular ole in a tube cookies and they ******** burnt up like the kind when you don't cream the wet ingredients in. So weird. They're like glassy looking and too brown, but when I ate some of the middle the sugar just clung to my teeth and now my whole mouth hurts.
Never again, I'm doing cookie mixes from now on like I usually do. ******** cookie dough in a damned tube. Blah.

Water+cornmeal+salt cooked and put in a bowl with MILK AND MAPLE SYRUP ON IT!!!!
WHY HAVE I NEVER KNOWN ABOUT THIS GLORIOUS CONCOCTION UNTIL NOW???
I think it would be even tastier with hot cooked pineapples, walnuts, and soft apples. Yummy!
