Really, what if instead of a play it was a ballet? Or a musical? Or an opera? And as a musical what kind of dancing would the players do? Or perhaps each bending element would have a different kind of dance to represent it. Airbenders would do ballet because it's light and airy and looks like it defies the laws of physics. Earthbenders would stomp (which is a lot of fun!) I'm not sure about the rest, both fire and water seem very flowy and I don't know that many kinds of dances.
What do YOU guys think?

Hmmm, i guess that would be fine. But it sounds a little too girly.

What are you talking about? Fire-benders would totally break-dance, of course! It seems like Earth-benders would, like, waltz or something super structured. But not so soft as a waltz. Huh... idk.
Water-benders would free-style. stare

Earth should do hip-hop dancing, ballet sounds good for Air. And Fire should be martial arts dance? There's actually such thing as that, I believe. And water should do...hm... I dunno...

I can tottaly see Aang doing ballet. Zuko HAS a leotardish thing already as the Blue Spirit so he doesn't need a new costume in that sense. Oh my gosh Iroh doing ballet would be the funniest thing ever!

Ballet: That would be funny beyond words!
Musical: If it's composed by the Avatar-world version of Andrew Lloyd Webber, I am all for it!
Opera: I think I may be the only one here who's actually seen an opera live(Madam Butterfly, Utah Opera). Still, is it western opera or Chinese opera? Either way, it would be epic!

Firebenders doing hiphop would be aweosme! Though I agree with Otulissa in that they'd probably actually do something more fight-y looking. Perhaps even the kind of performances I've seen some military do where they're throwing and twirling guns, only Firebenders would do it with swords.
Waterbenders doing free style... I like that! XD They just go and do whatever they feel like!
