Let me just say that every item in Runescape is Free to get, you have to work at it for a really long time just to get it.
Anyways, these are free items and exp in which you can get everyday! *Well, most items and stuff.*
Most of you already use these everyday and use them to your advantages, some of you guys ignore these.
Free Item:
(with some exp)
Evil Tree: Evil Tree is a great way to get exp, money, tree seeds, and other great things. You can cut down two trees a day with just a little hard work of wacking at it!
Bert's Sand: Complete Hands in the Sand Quest and you can get 84 free sand! Believe me you can make up to 5k a day!
Seer's Achievement: You can get free flax, and with the flax you can make bow strings and sell them! I believe you can get up to 100+
Shooting Star: Find a shooting star and mine away! These rocks gives you noted ore, gems, exp, and money!
Exp:
Penguin hide and seek: Find all ten and either trade in your points for money or exp! Oh you can only find 10 a week and a new week starts on Wednesday!
Tears of Guthix mini game- Once a week you collect tears and with this you get exp towards your low level skill!

well 200k is nothing i made 2mill a week off of doing rune ess in varrok and i blew it all on rune g and draglol i had some good times on rs and anyone wana go do raid on folly with me

Hm well...... I use to buy seaweed and pineapples off the npc like buy them cheap and sell them high at the GE
Every time I would log in I would...
Get my free sand
Pick my herbs and replant
Kick unicorns
Buy seaweed and pineapples from NPC
Trim and pick trees
Pick cactus
Buy 8 battle staffs from NPC (and install the orbs on them) Then sell them
There was some other stuff too but I don't remember.
I just remember I made quite a bit money from doing those small tasks and it only takes 30 mins to do.

You can also visit the circus each week for exp. And what about that Bork guy or something in the Chaos tunnels? I'm pretty sure that he drops charms and gives Slayer exp.
There's also the Pheonix lair, which is a daily that gives you exp, summoning ingredients, and the chance for a pheonix pet.
There's probably others. Jagex has added a ton of these into the game. (Oh, MTK too!)
