Relationship skills: Skarlet is...strange. And that's putting it lightly. She doesn't have very many people skills, at all. The ideas of personal space and privacy mean nothing to her.
Personality wise, she's like a soap opera on fast forward. She changes her emotions, attitude, and every sort of manner about her, in order to manipulate people. When she's acting like herself, and not trying to control someone...Skarlet is smug. She either looks emotionless, annoyed, or confident. Usually the later. A little smirk is almost always plastered on her face when she is enjoying herself, or watching conversations/interactions between other people. She's hard to read, because she changes so often in interaction, but generally, if she seems to be anything other than full of herself, chances are she's playing you.

Height: 6'4" (Yeah, she's enormous xD)
Weight: 135 lbs.
Race: A mixture of French and Swedish
Eye Color: Deep, chocolate brown
Hair Color: Blonde. But no one knows that. She always has it died a turquoise or seafoam color. Sometimes she leaves blond streaks in however.
Glasses or contact lenses?: Of course. Skarlet almost always has on either red or yellow contacts, with slits instead of pupils. She loves seeing people's reactions. When she doesn't want to draw attention to herself, she usually wears sunglasses. These are almost always found on her. If not on her face, then they're most likely on her head. However, despite all of this, Skarlet actually has perfect vision.
Skin color: Very, very pale
Distinguishing features: Skarlet is really tall, has blue hair, and dress weird. She sticks out like a sore thumb no matter where you put her.
How does he/she dress: Black. Skarlet practically lives for the color. Because she feels it helps her blend into a crowd, even if her height and her hair color don't help that much. She doesn't usually like to wear full length shirts. Instead, she usually wears something that stops above her naval. When asked why, she just says it's more comfortable. It's also partially because she likes to show off her body. She rarely ever wears long sleeves, and prefers shirts that go around the neck, rather than cover her shoulders. She doesn't wear skits often, and shorts never. Long, baggy pants, typically with an oversized, studded, black leather belt. She likes to wear chains on her pants, sometimes multiple ones at the same time. Shoes are the least important thing to her, as long as they're not high heeled. She likes to feel as if she can run and make an escape at any moment, and highheels limit that. She also, always wears gloves. Fingerless or full, the style doesn't really matter, as long as her palms are covered. The psychologist labeled it as her being a germophobe, but she simply says she doesn't like anyone to see her hands.
Mannerisms: Skarlet is amusing, and curious, if you can get past the mile high ego. She's also obscenely candid. She has no qualms about sharing opinions about anyone, rather they are good or bad. She's the kind of person that would tell you right to your face if she thought your hair looked terrible, or that your voice was grating and might give someone an earbleed.
Habits: When Skarlet talks to someone, she stands close to them, and looks them straight in the eye. Something quite unnerving when she happens to be wearing her red or yellow contacts. She never seems to become uncomfortable or nervous, so it's rare you'll ever catch her fiddling with something, or fingering her pant chains etc. You can also tell when she's thinking, because she bites her finger, and when she's curious, she tilts her head to the side a little bit.
Health: Very healthy. Though psychologically, a bit unstable.
Hobbies: Skarlet likes to watch People. Not on T.V., but people as they go about their lives. She's happiest on a rooftop, watching a busy street or market, or talking to a person one on one. She can come across as rude of ignorant or kind and polite, she adjusts her actions to try and get the desired emotion out of a person, and then asks them what that feeling is like.
She also likes to draw and write. Though her subject matter changes constantly. Sometimes she'll be on a morbid streak, drawing and writing about death and decay for days, and other times she'll do nothing but right happy little poems, and sketch pictures of mothers craddling babies.
Skarlet really, really values education. She almost always has a book somewhere on her, be in in a backpack, in a pocket, in her hand etc. She loves to read.
Skarlet also used to really love Soccer. She was on a girls soccer team in France, that was scheduled to go to the finals, but during a game she fell and fractured her leg, and was out of the game. Shortly afterwards, her family moved to Japan, and she hasn't taken up the sport since. She still works out and keeps in shape, but she's lost the drive to play competitively.
Favorite Sayings: "How does that make you feel?" And she says it in perfect sincerity. Not mockingly or teasingly. "My concious ran away with my common sense" if ever addressed about her lack of basic human relationship skills, and 'He who has the gun makes the rules', usually accompanied by drawing said weapon on somebody.
Vernacular: Skarlet speaks English, Swedish, French, and is now learning Japanese. She speaks very proper English and Swedish, but often resorts to slang in French or Japanese. This is just a general though, as she'll change her dialect if she feels there is a need for it to be changed.
Disabilities: None.
Style (Elegant, shabby etc.): Emo Casual
Intellectual/Mental/Personality Attributes and Attitudes
Educational Background: Skarlet is privately tutored, and takes a great deal of pride in her education. She has several tutors for different subjects, and spends a lot of time studying or learning, when she's not pestering people that is.
How does the Character see himself/herself? Skarlet sees herself as...the best thing since sliced bread. She's really, really proud/confident. She sees herself as distant, almost not human, and a sort of background spectator, watching the world around her. She views herself as a philosopher of sorts, and is constantly trying to figure out, what it is to be human, so that she might become something even better.
How does the Character believe he/she is perceived? Skarlet believes she is seen as an oddity. She thinks she draws a lot of attention to herself, and that people would rather shy away from her than get closer. She thinks people would look at her and judge her based on what they see. She thinks people are scared of her. Or at least intimidated.
How self-confident is the character? Skarlet is one of the most confident, self assured people you'll ever meet. She never doubts herself for a second, and almost seems to believe it's impossible that she could ever fail at something. She doesn't stutter or get nervous, and always seems rather sure of what she's doing.
Does the character seem ruled by emotion or logic or some combination thereof? Skarlet is ruled almost strictly by logic. She can come across as very mechanical sometimes, though her expressions and words can be quite animated.
What would most embarrass this character? Having a bunch of people paying attention to her at once. That's her worst nightmare, public attention.
Greatest flaw(s): Skarlet is overconfident. If forced to match heads with a greater force than she, she would die before she quit. Something quite at odds with her normaly logical behavior. She can never admit she is wrong, and if you ever get her to apologize or say sorry...don't count on hearing it again.
She also is distant. She won't get personal or close to people. Unless she really trusts or knows somebody, she won't adress them by name. She got somewhat of a superiority complex, and refuses to acknowledge authority. Which can get her in trouble sometimes. She's scared of people, and thus it can make it hard to exist peacefully, especially in such a crammed place as Tokyo.
Best quality(ies): Skarlet is fiercely loyal. When she opens up, she becomes a protector. Friends lives are worth more to her than her own, and she would sacrifice herself without thought if it would save someone she cared about.
She's also determined. She won't back down from a challenge, and has unwavering perserverance and courage.
She helps people without a second thought. If a stranger came up and asked her to clean their house, she would probably do it. In the same line of thinking, she's also extremely generous, sharing things without any qualms.
Emotional Characteristics
Introvert or Extrovert? Introverted. All the time. She likes to observe other people, but she doesn't really care about them, or value them.
How does the character deal with anger? Skarlet tries really hard to be angry. But you can almost always tell when she is. She slouches, and narrows her eyes, and clenches her fist 'til her knuckles turn white, and sometimes her fingernails make her palms bleed. She tries to get out of a situation before she gets really angry though. She likes to be the one in control, and doesn't want to allow her emotions to be manipulated by others
With sadness? Skarlet is rarely sad. In her world, there's not much to be sad about. She doesn't do anything that might make her unhappy or upset. When she is sad, she withdraws into herself. She speaks little, if at all, and seems to become fascinated with staring at the ground or sky. She doesn't cry when she's sad though. She's convinced herself she's too old for such things.
With conflict? Skarlet loves conflict. She likes to analyze conflicting emotions, and to figure out why a person would choose the way they do. When forced into conflict herself, Skarlet will almost always butt heads with whatever is confronting her, and backing down is out of the question. Things go her way. Period.
With change? Skarlet likes change. It presents her with new opportunities to discover the world around her. She's moved 4 times in her life, and she's enjoyed it each time, because it gives her a new enviroment, and new people, to toy with.
With loss? Skarlet would go into withdrawl. She doesn't have a lot she cares about/relies on, but when she forms a connection, it is treasured beyond belief. She stays away from people because she's scared of loss. It is one of the few emotions, if not the one, she truly fears.
What does the character want out of life? To understand what it is to be human, and to know and understand what humans are, feel, and could possibly be. To manipulate others at a whim, and to have power over them.
What would the character like to change in his/her life? Skarlet would like to fit in more. Though she still continues to dye her hair and wear her contacts. She simply wishes that people could be open when she comes to them, rather than seeing her and immediately acting a certain way.
What motivates this character? Curiousity and power. Skarlet wants to know everything there is to know about people, and then implement this knowledge to control them. Not for any specific cause, but just to know that she can.
What frightens this character? Close personal connections. She can't answer questions about her personal life, because she doesn't want to feel like anyone cares about her, and she doesn't want to have to care about anyone in turn. It would take away the objectiveness in her research.
She's also slightly alarmed by seemingly emotionless people, because she likes to have a grasp on what everyone is like, someone whom she can't classify is a mystery to her, and would bug her constantly.
What makes this character happy? Talking to a person one-on-one, doing and saying things to manipulate their emotions, and then trying to get them to elaborate on just what that emotion is, and what it's like to feel it. Skarlet loves gaging people's reactions to things.
Is the character judgmental of others? No, not at all. Skarlet doesn't care whether someone's famous, poor, tall or short or old or young. People are people to her. Which amounts to little other than things to help her reach her goal in life. It's when people becomes a person, then Skarlet can bein to care for and empathize with them.
Is the character generous or stingy? Generous. Skarlet has no real time agenda, and she values material goods little, so ask her to do something or give you something, and you'll most likely get it.
Is the character generally polite or rude? Both. It depends on how she wants a person to act or feel. Skarlet is manipulative in the extreme, and she's just as likely to compliment you(Not sincerely of course, but she's a good actor) as she is to harass you (Also not sincere. Skarlet finds actual rudeness to be distasteful)
