Anyone used it? My partner did a few days ago, and I'm trying to at the moment (the debit card bit is really whooping me - luckily customer service actually seem rather nice) and I want to know if anyone has had any major problems with getting their characters reactivated.
Kinda sick at the moment, since the only thing holding me back is the last four digits of a debit card. I'll get there. rolleyes
