Don't worry about the voice thing. A lot of men have higher voices, and if you're into music, you're going to be hugely popular to directors in a bit. Men with higher voices who can sing well are rare and very valuable. Opera not withstanding, lots of pop stars make a killing being able to sing high. But puberty, like a lot of things, is pretty much a process. All through HS, I had a friend whose voice cracked from 14 through to college. He didn't mellow out into an even tenor until he was well into college and freaked us all out

smile My youngest cousin is 16 and up until last year was pegged out at 5-feet even with a squeaky voice. When he called last month I didn't recognize him and he says he's taller than his 5'11" brother. It'll happen. Maybe not a dramatic change, but one day you'll realize you've been there for a while.
And don't forget: You're going to keep growing and changing until you're twenty or so! I shot up another inch at 18. Don't push it, cause once you get acne it's all over.
