I no!! THEY LEFT THE DAMN GUY OUT I HATE RVB!!! Except for the first season smile
They'll probably have him in some kind of RvB: Reconstruction season, something has to happen in with that distress call from him.

He made a 'slight' appearance in the final few episodes of RvB: Reconstruction. He will probably make an actual reappearance as an active character in RvB: Relocated but I'm not sure.

Relocated was a four part mini series which is now over. Caboose is doin some crazy stuff with the (i think) different AI gathered from god knows where. Spoiler* I think hes gonna try to remake church using the AI. Since Church is the alpha and ALL of the AI were derived from him its possible to put them all back together into one entity again, well at least its plausible. Spoiler*
