I've never had to EXP more than twice for a decent hair, and I seriously have every class in the game, each with different exp hairs... (<3 MTS).
My friend wasted $25k on Princess Warrior, didnt get it, and I went on her account and got it in one try :l
There is a rumor that Princess Warrior is glitched tho; occasionally on a new patch they will accidentally remove a few hair styles (A year or so ago Darling Diva seemed to have been deleted for a while...)
