Kiyoshi glided over the canyon walls, using the air currents to make his flight easier and faster as he headed for his destination. Soon he saw Crater Lake just ahead so he started to slow down and slowly descend from the skies. With in moments he had touched down to the ground gracefully and started to walk to the small grotto that Glare had agreed to meet in.

Glare waited for Kiyoshi nervously. They had been friends for a while, but he had said he wanted to ask her something today and refused to tell her exactly what. She liked secrets, but not when they were being kept from her!
He was late. She nearly left (what if he was only going to tell her that he no longer wanted to be friends?), but soon she saw him land. She waited for him in the grotto, spreading her wings so he could see that she was here.

Kiyoshi say her and walked over with a small smile. "Sorry I was late, I had some air turbulence. I asked you hear Glare because, well because I wanted to know if you would like to go out with me." he asked and looked at her face.

Glare blinked. What? He wanted to go out with her? For a moment at a loss for words, she managed a stuttering, "W-w-well... yes." Did she just say yes? She should have joked that they were outside. She had no expeirence with dating. She was sure she wouldn't be a good girlfriend, but...
She couldn't help but feel estatic. She felt something for Kiyoshi. And he liked her back! He must, to ask her, right? "Where do you want to go?" she asked with a small smile.

Kiyoshi grinned and said, "How about the beach?" He was beyond happy that she didn't turn him down. To him she was the most beautiful painter int he world and she had been his best friend for a few months so he knew her well enough to fall in love with her.
