If Clinton did so great, then why was the economy as weak as it is now halfway through his second term?

Well Clinton he uh....uh...Rode the internet boom, and Al Gore invented the Internet. Without Al Gore as the Vice President THERE WOULD BE NO INTERNET, and...and Bill Clinton in a way is co-creator of the internet! So thus Clinton administration is golden!
