Personally, I don't think that Fred-sama has the heart to kill a little emo girl. That and she hasn't lived up to her potential as a possible supporting character.

I don't think that whatever protections are around her house (causing the walking past it but not seeing it phenomenon) wouldn't still be there if Tohya was dead.
