Yeah, chakra is used for much more than ninja techniques. Don't get me wrong, I love naruto, in the shikamaru fanguild, gat a mini-zabuza hangin from my DS. But there are far more aplications. Chakra is the basis for many eastern healing rituals.

Ninjas are cool, but I hate the dramatization and popularization of it by Naruto. And while I'm a pirate fan, Ninjas would kill the pirates, unless its like 2 on 1, or the pirates are experienced fighters. Also, Naruto is an anime, REAL ninjas aren't nearly like that xp
