According to numerous news sources, Eclipse is to come out in June 2010, about six months after the release of New Moon. Chris Weitz is not going to direct it, seeing as how it's coming directly after New Moon. Does anyone else think is a bit ridiculous, or is it just me?

I think it is good that they are making it close together because the vampires can't look older.

Its good that they are making them close together, but not that close. I don't see how they can get done filming that soon, then again I don't think they start filming for New Moon sometime this month or something.

yea i'm all for getting them out there quick, but holy crap! Isn't that a little too soon? I mean those poor actors and stuff! That must be so hard...
and if chris weinz...er whatever...does a great job in new moon, I want him to do eclipse! why do they keep switching out directors??? ARGH!!
and just so everyone knows...Drew Barrymore is directing Eclipse...go ahead and digest that...
