They changed the rules like a long time ago, you can be any age now and play as long as you have 'parent's permission' See here. It literally says this; A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT PRETEENS AND USERS UNDER 18If you are under 13 years old you will be able to create an account but unable to disclose personal data through the game or website. Any personal data collected by us, which we find subsequently to be from someone under 13, will be automatically deleted. We recommend that parents / guardians set up an account and play together with their children. I earn my gold by picking up anything on the ground and selling it, I had over 1800 ashes collected overtime and I sold them at the grand exchange when it came out and made over 5k in gold, they sold pretty fast too, who buys ashes? Making gold doesn't take that much effort if you pick up what you find and let your gold build up, it takes some time but if you just play the game safely without shortcuts and cheating you can get a reasonable amount of gold. you know how long it would take to actually pick up 1800 ashes and all that time to make just 5k when getting 5k is as easy as killing 1 moss giant or do some woodcutting. hackers take advantage of stupid people that's why jagex recommends 13+ yr old players they have more common sense not that they wont get hacked but are less susceptible that kid could have made money a different way like you but would have nowhere as much as he did when he bought online gold.
Getting 1800 ashes isnt hard. Just find a firemaker.
And dude, I know people that are 30+ years old that
lack common sense.
But in actuality, I made 100K in no time on Mega Gerbil mining iron ore and selling it 100gp ea sweatdrop And she's only level 25 razz
