Farai, a fire-attuned Palu, was lounging on the beach one fine summer's day. The beach was his favorite part of the island - he loved the feel of the sand under him, and it was always warm.
One of Farai's hobbies was Palu-watching. He greatly enjoyed just watching the life around him, and took joy in seeing others happy.
This particular day brought many Palu to the beach, including a few that he had never seen before. One particular Palu caught his attention - by her coloration, she reminded him of an earth-attuned Palu, but she had little wisps of fire at the tips of her ears just like he did. He decided to watch her for a while - she piqued his interest.
