I don't think either me or the car would last very long if it stalled.

Well, it's kind of okay since this is an Off Topic thread. xD
I'll bring it back.
It was a little bit warmer after the snow today, and I remember sitting there in the snowbank thinking "could be worse. Could be two weeks ago." I don't know if it was exactly two weeks, but there was a time around then around here where we got snowdays for a few days in a row because my area was in a red alert zone for the storm. AAA tells you, "we'll try to be there within the hour..." But then they trail off, and after you hang up, you realize that is no promise. xp

I'm glad everything turned out okay baby. 3nodding Miss Chloie I was going uphill. ;-; And my engine made a very sad '-insert high pitched twitching sound of stripping an engine- sound when I tried to restart it. whee mugoi_usagi Miss Chloie Ugh, talking about roads today. My car stalled in the middle of what can be considered a 60mph zone (everyone speeds). It was NOT cool because I couldn't jump it myself. I had to maneuver NOT into a snowbank (slick roads) and wait for AAA to magically appear. >o< ew! Luckily my car is a standard. If I push it down a hill I can bump start it.

Oh, yeah. Yama and I are predicting no school tomorrow---which is bad. Because if class is canceled tomorrow we need to make it up with a 3 hour seminar on friday.

Woo!! No school and no work! Sucks that you have to make up with a lecture Chloie. I don't have to make up missed classes. I do like that I've finally gotten school closed on a day when I actually had classes. And now I can go to Anime club! That is, if it's not canceled too!

I just got done digging out the car... crying
And now my mom is watching TV and talking out loud and it is bothering me... crying
This is why I hate snow days when I'm at home from college. My mom gets bored and feels like she needs to talk to me.
That sounds terrible...

I was hoping that my boyfriend would have cleared off my car but no such luck.
I usually hid in my room on snow days. Now I have my own apartment so no one to bother me.

It gets so cold on nights like this. I'm working right near the front door and people keep walking thru it. So it snowed early this morning. It was really actually quite pretty. But Yama and I walked into town as well. My jeans were soaked up to half of my calf and my shoes were frozen blocks (that's about 14 inches vertically from the ground). I had to borrow Yama's boots in order to get up to my job in time. ;-; She's working tonight as well actually, but she didn't have to walk as far thru the snow as I did.
So, they're upstairs in my dorm room drying. And, I'm here in summer shoes freezing my toes off. But, it's better than wearing flip flops, right? And, I'm not allowed to wear slippers. Too casual. >:
