ECL- 4Race Restrictions: No Medium or larger Anthromorphic creatures, no Thri-Kreen, nothing that would otherwise be killed on sight [evil outsiders, dragons, half-dragons, most abberations, most undead, ect.]. Ask me any other questions regarding your race.
Class Restrictions: The Generic Classes from the Unearthed Arcana are out of the question. Necromancers are iffy, but you better have a damn good reason. Most homebrew classes are way the hell out of the question.
Other restrictions: Please no evil. You people have no idea how to RP one.
Abilties: 5d6, drop lowest 2 (Yatzee Characters are not welcome)
Other: No traits/flaws this time around. Try your best to work with the base races, but I won't be too harsh on what ya can be [within reason].

Background Stories a must! I incorporate them into the campaign itself, so please, please, please come up with at least a little something.
