I've always dreamed in colour, and I usually know that I'm dreaming.

I've had dreams of my lover from a past life, very pleasant dreams actually. I have had dreams of us in the house we used to live in, us being on a plane, me falling asleep in his arms, many many things. 3nodding

I've had dreams that have come true, although those don't happen that often anymore.

I did have a dream about two months ago that surprised me quite a bit. I will never, ever forget it.
I had snuck out with my boyfriend and two other buddies of ours to go bullshit around. We didn't do anything rash, just mundane things like dumpster diving, breaking stuff, all that jazz. It was 12:30 in the morning, and the cops pulled up. With me being underage, the cops took me back to my grandmother's house (where I was staying for the week). My uncle called up my boyfriend and gave him the biggest cuss out I have ever heard, and I was in the room next door balling my eyes out.

I eventually cried myself to sleep.

In my dream, my boyfriend was lying on the bed next to me, his back against the wall. I had my upper torso resting on his chest with the top of my head under his chin crying my eyes out. He was stroking my hair, shushing me and whispering to me that everything was going to be okay, that we would make it through this, to trust him that it would all be okay.

It wasn't until I woke up and looked around for him that I realized it was a dream, it was so real. I could smell his scent, feel his warmth, feel his breath....and like I was in my dream, I woke up crying still.

The next day he came over to my grandmother's house and made up a story stating that he wasn't with me at all last night. And sure enough, to this day, we are still together, and we are okay.

A different dream I had, that was actually a nightmare, was about an evil entity pinning me to my bed. Strangely enough, it looked like a mix between a Dementor from Harry Potter and really really really dark smoke. When I woke up, I had sleep paralysis or a good 10 seconds.

I didn't think my post would be that long....oops. sweatdrop

Out of curiosity, when you all dream is it about yourself, friends or people who you have never seen before?

It tends to be a mix. A lot of times, though, it's people I know, but they don't look like I would know them when I'm awake. This includes myself. It's an odd thing, hehe.

I had those dreams where there are people in it with me but I don't know them and I've come to believe that those sort of dreams can be precognitive.
I had a dream shortly before I went to college about a group of friends I had yet to meet and the girl who would be my roommate my second year up there.
Last year, I dreamt about walking out of the rain with an arm full of bags into a pavillion that overlooked a sort of campsite with an old cabin and newer buildings. I was with three other girls. It ended up that I dreamt about the co-workers I would meet at my job as a camp counselor in a different state.
that had me convinced especially since most of my dreams are unrealistic and the other two were very normal just out of context.

I have epic dreams, and they're in color and very vivid. I usually have a lot of nightmares though; I'm always being chased by some creature, or fighting it (I wonder if I'm related to the Winchester brothers), or am somehow turning, if not transformed, into said creature. I always know I'm dreaming though, because they always end up being really out there. Oh, and I also can feel in my dreams too. Whenever I'm wounded, I can literally feel the impact of pain and flow of blood; it's surreal.

Someone asked how you'd know if what you were dreaming was a premonition or not? Well, I was told that if you dream as though your watching everything happen in front of you, with your own eyes (in first person; or how we see the world), then that usually means a premonition. But if you dream that you see yourself, then it's just a dream.

I hope that not true! I alway dream in first person and some of my dream are just well and truely out there. For example, the church of zombies fighting to get to the gaint frog at the top of the tower who was trying to destory the world. I really dreamed that once. I really hope that wasn't a premonition.

Most of my dreams prove to be predictions of what will happen..
but when I have the "meaning" dreams, that's when it gets scary.

Cos it's like "Danggit, what's going on?" >__<

I'm a really spiritual person and often I get so paranoid
cos at times accidentally I tend to look too deep into stuff...

That's just what someone told me. I don't know if it's true for all "first person" dreams. LOL, you're dream sounds bizarre!
