Vi thought about what she was saying and nodded. "Yeah i hope i can get there some day. But i'm enjoying my freedom and time alone for now. I like to wander a little ways away from my cave and revisit the pretty places around me." She said with a smile as she ate a few more berries. She looked over at Wataame and smiled. she looked like she was thinking about something and Vi wanted to give her a few to think about it while she ate her berries. She also thought to her self about where they should go next...maybe to the river. She could use a drink and it was starting to get kinda hot.

Wataame nodded. "Yeah!" she said with hints of her previous excitement coming back. "I mean, I've sometimes been traveling, and I'll come to places that I've already been before, but they look different because it's been so long!" She smiled happily, her tail wagging slightly. She then stood up, and asked, "Are we done here?" Now that she'd eaten the berries, Wataame was feeling better. And when she was feeling good, she liked to move.

She nodded agreeing with Wataame this time. "Yes i love going back and seeing how things have changed. It always makes going out into the woods more exciting." she said as she stood up and looked about. "And yes i'm ready. Lets go get a drink, theres a lake over this way." she said as she pushed through a large bush heading towards the lake.

Wataame nodded eagerly, her tail swinging from side to side. It didn't show very often, but she loved to swim, and there were always adventures to be had at lakes. She wondered how Vi would feel about a splash fight....
"A lake? Let's go!" she said happily, following her new friend with a bounce in her step.

Vi smiled as she lead the way. "Oh i'm glad to hear your excited about it. I love going to the lake and chasing the fish." she said with a smile as she jumped over a fallen tree. She looked back at Wataame and smiled. "Don't you?" she asked with a smile.

Wataame grinned and nodded. "Yeah! Fish always look so surprised when you chase 'em! It's like they didn't know you were there!" She hopped over the fallen tree with a goofy smile.

Vi laughed and nodded. "I like it when they jump out of the water trying to get away from me. Their all like 'Oh noes whats this thing hurry out of the water! Oh no i cant breath! Back into the water!!' And they freak out and try to swim away! I always have fun chasing them and then eating them. Fish is yummy!" she said with a laugh as she passed through the last few bushes that lead to the lake that she liked to swim at and eat at.

Wataame nodded with a laugh. "Yeah! I know exactly what you mean!" she said happily before coming out of the bushes that lead to the lake. She bounded ahead in a blur of pink and blue and cried, "It's so pretty!" She walked to the edge of the water and peered down into it, trying to find fishies that she'd probably already scared with her yelling and jumping.

Vi laughed as she walked, much slower and quieter towards the lake edge. She looked at the still bottom of the lake and smiled at Wataame. "Be still then they will come back." she said softly as she watched the water carefully waiting for the fish to come back. After a few moments a few fish came back but they were really small and not food worthy. She waited a few more moments and a few larger fish came into view and Vi took off into the water, her face snapping at them in the water as she held her breath and tried to catch one.

Wataame nodded and stared into the water, trying her best not to fidget. Waiting was not her cup of tea, to say the least. Finally, some bigger fish came and she saw Vi snap at one, only narrowly missing it. Wataame let out a bark of laughter and stuck her head under the water as well to see if she could maybe catch something. As she waited, a curious green fish swam up to her face and she took a bite at it. She caught its slippery flipper between her teeth and it struggled away to freedom. She tore her head from the water with a gasp for air and laughed.

Vi charged after another fish and finally snapped one up in her jaws and turned with a large fish in her mouth and wandered back to the shore and sat down with a smile. She ripped the fishes head off as she watched Wataame. She was cute in the water, very free and happy. She was enjoying herself alot it looked like. And for some reason that made Vi extremely happy to know that Wataame was happy as well.
