I knew feb never had a great record foe MCs but it seems this time was a little different.
Heartbreaker: its cute, not my thing gaia is going a bit over board with the guatirs.
Grizzly hoodie: I like this one. the bear is cute and i also like the hoodie.

In a word: suck.
I won't be spending any real money on them. I may buy the Grizzly Hoodie if the price ever drops through the floor, but honestly, I just can't see ever using either of them.
This makes two months in a row I didn't like the MCs enough to buy them. My Gaia Cash is lasting forever these days.

Grizzly Hoodie: Extremely cute item. I'll probably end up hoarding this somewhere along the line, but for now I'm going to pick up a few when they drop later in the month.
Heart Breaker: Faces the same problem the 'Hard Rock' item did. Doesn't have a wide enough appeal. Poses aren't very usable.

I know the gaia staff always works hard, but this is just one of those months where I'm not too thrilled about the MC's. I know this because I haven't rushed to pick up either collectible yet.
Both items are well made but I don't care much for bears and neither one is really my style. I'll buy each eventually because I always collect at least one of every Mc.
UGH... don't you hate it when you get to the end of your bag of candy hearts and all that's left are the gross white ones that you didn't want to eat?

The Heart Breaker is neat, but not something that personally appeals to me. It has a definite lack of purple.

I may buy some hoodies when the price drops, to resell later.
Personally, I can't use either item, red isn't exactly my favorite color and I don't have much items to match them with. >_<

I'm more than likely biased towards all February DIs/MCs since it's my birthday month. However, I do feel that the Hoodie and Heartbreaker, leaning more towards the Hoodie, are designed much better than last year's February items.
If Gaia continues on this track, then '09 may shape up as one of the best years for MCs.
Grizzly Hoodie: Despite my distaste for "demonic/nitemare" items, this is a very well designed and versatile item. The zipper is hilarious and offers a nice bit of gray around the collar and allows for unique layering. The gloves and slippers are incredibly cute and seem to be becoming the new Were Feet.
Heartbreaker: See first sentence for the Grizzly Hoodie. This pseudo-S&M item was a surprise to me. However, it's an interesting and fun item to play with. The ball and chain, in my opinion, is the best couple of poses from this item. The hood is quite unique, however, it is a tad bulky. The guitar is cute though and the smash pose is great for those rocker avis out there.

Heartbreaker is not that good. It's too... not cute for me. xD I like grizzly Hoodie better. But I'm not buying one.
