How, exactly, should I try to integrate myself into the roleplay?

We were actually talking about that earlier. I suppose your character could become friends with Aria's. That is all I can think of, since the four of us who have been moving the story are leaving the tower soon, on our own mission.

We are mostly free forming it for now. Though a timeline should be in the works so that any side story developed fits in with the main Story.
Teslyn I am extremely hopeful that we will have characters to interact with soon. This is still a small guild, but that is no excuse for leaving you to wonder the Tower aimlessly. Please look for an opening you think would be appropriate for your character and jump in head first, we should catch you.
We really are nice people. Really, even if we do get a little full of ourselves from time to time. Please, no examples could get ugly, but lets just say I am definately in that category.

I'll play with you. Wait that didn't sound right. Doh.......
Anyway I figure Markus should be in the tower soon so if you haven't given up on RP with this guild maybe I can help.
