EDIT I don't know how it works in the US but here when you qualify for the Natioanals you have to first wait for the TO to report the tournament then the people hired by Upper Deck to update the Qualifers List and send out the invites. I can show you my invite from last year if I can find it but I haven't recieved this one yet and I checked but the list hasn't been updated in over a week.
