Unfortunately, the staff already has plans for a Hanami Dango Go-Go (Be on the look out for it!), so this quest cannot be approved and is voided...or closed....or something like that.

[ INGRIDENTS & PREPERATION]
½ cup nonglutinous rice flour
½ cup mochiko*
½ cup cornstarch
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
½ Tbsp. matcha**
Dash red food coloring
1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
10 '6-inch' skewers (for serving)
1. In a bowl, whisk rice flour, mochiko, cornstarch and sugar together with a fork. Add 1 cup of water and blend until smooth. Divide batter into 3 ¾-cup portions.
2. In a medium saucepan, heat 1 portion of batter on low, stirring constantly until the batter pulls away from the sides of the pan to form a solid mass. Set aside. This will be used for the white dango.
3. To make the green dango, add the mochiko to the next batter portion. Heat it on low, stirring constantly until the batter pulls away to form a solid mass. Set aside.
4. To make the pink dango, add the food coloring and vanilla extract (if using) to the remaining batter portion, blending well. Repeat the steps to cook.
5. After the dough cools, knead each portion separately in clean hands. Roll each portion into 10 1-inch balls. Thread the balls onto skewers in order of green, white and pink.
6. Bring water to a boil in a steamer basket. Place the skewers on a lightly greased plate, ½ inch apart. Steam on high for 10 to 12 minutes. Let it cool.
Makes 10 Servings.

Personality: Hana is a very sweet girl. Because of her stick, she must rely on her caretaker to help her move around or rely on her upper body strength and pull herself to her destination. Appearance: A young teenager with poofy, brown hair, light brown eyes, and a light-olive complexion. Most people believe her to live in filth because of the clothes she wears, but those beliefs are false. She lives with her mother and father, who are barely home during the day, and only dresses the way she does because she's lazy. She's usually seen walking around with her mane in a messy ponytail.
Personality: Lenae is quite nice, but chooses to keep to herself. She has small self esteem issues and usually keeps herself out of the public's(mainly the "popular kids") eyes. Most of the time, when she's asked to perform a task, she does it. This leads her to doing many classmates homework and staying up in a somewhat desperate attempt to get her own assignments done. Thus, causing her to be very tired the next day. She relies on sodas and energy drinks to pep her up until she gets home, where she collapses onto her bed for the next 10 hours. Lenae sees things from different perspectives and usually holds a neutral position during arguments.

Although there's one problem with this quest. We have already in the near future plans for use of hanami dongo. I really was trying to get a list of existing Gogo and those that were in the works together before anyone set up their quest thread but unfortunately I was not fast enough.
I apologize in advance but this is listed in my Kuu Box for the staff to read and they can verify this was in the works long before hand. Unfortunately for that reason I cannot approve of this quest at this time. sweatdrop
