well anymore they make beautiful things for both the large bellied/large boobied.
a vintaged cut suit would work really well. there's also the tops that are A shaped, and that tie or ziip at the neck line. also sheer items give more support, so also keep those in mind, especialy for swim suits. the best one for you I think would be the sweet heart vintage cut, with larger straps, and crimped or gathered waist/midsection. ^_^ hope that's helpful.
