tristanXariana Do you play the greatest instrument of all time? or do you like another? Do you even know wth a glockenspiel is? I LOVE TO PLAY MAH GLOCK!!!! :3 THE GLOCK ROCKS!!! ive been playing it for 3 years :3 i started in 6th grade band...its the best x3 and the xylophone marimba and vibes

I first started out with the glock, since I only knew how to play the piano. Now i play other percussion instruments and own bells {glock} and the vibes!! Which truly won over my heart in percussion.

The first instrument I played on in a concert was a glock. Since then, we've never been apart, lol.

I know what a glockenspiel is but I don't think we use them at my school...0-0
But there is a school in my district whose mascot is highlanders (essentially scottish people in kilts) and they have someone that plays bagpipes biggrin

We don't have a lot of percussionists at my school, so I've played all of them. Glocks are kind of hilarious. 3nodding

I'm in the pit. We use the glockenspiel/bells during all three parts of our show.
I got to use them a little more when I marched them in a parade.
Last year a pit member who is now a bass drum marched them for the same parade. I didn't know they were called "glockenspiel" until I heard him calling them that. X3;;;
As for the parade, someone from pit marches them nearly every year whether or not they're used in our show.
