Don't know what a ban is? Or a warning? Or what the punishment? Read this then!
Bans ~ Well, what can i say? This is for the members or should i say ex-members of Ria who did something against the rules, wiether it be having three strikes by a crew member/vice-captain/or captain. Or it could be for breaking a rules.
Hopefully, by now you guys had read the rules. When you get banned that means you won't be coming back to Ria, no matter how you whine about it. There is no butts of ifs too! And PMing the captain is a big No-no also, we're not softies towards banned members. (unless its a temp ban : D)
^^;;
and no flamming also, it really annoys me when people flame. So if you get banned don't cuss about how unfair we are when you read the RULES. Its just sickens me, and you still won;t come back that way.
Warnings~
Warnings are very simple to understand. When you RP, its not just One-liners or two-liners, it just makes things uninteresting or messy. To make our guild look great or in Kurai's view "Spiffy" i would recommend RPing semi-literate or you can take my example and RP literate.
If you RP with small posts like one or two liners or use *** ::: those actions in posts then you will get a warning from a crew member/vic-captain/captain. If you get three warnings you are out which means you are BANNED.
How embaressing i think it is to be banned and i hope you guys follow the rules to avoid being banned.
Justice system
As we all know, our Crew or Captain team is not exactly perfect on deciding on what recieves a warning or a Ban If you believe you have been wrongfully warned or banned, you can take these simple steps to get your warning/ban off.
Find a Crew member or members besice the one that warned you (Duh) and tell them of the warning of which you believed to be wrong or unjust
Await for their response to it as he/she/they review the warning and decide on it.
And pretty much you will have your warning removed or still there in the end.
What if...
... The crew member i reported the warning to dosen't respond?
Find another one of course.
... I am still not pleased with the reasult?
Sadly you will have to bear with our decision of the warning and such.

As we all know our crew members are human (OMFG they aren't robots!?) and have their own personal likes and Dislikes. You can read more about them Here And maybe you can also find the one that suits you the best.
