I guess I haven't played enough with the character customization in SC IV to see any Lolita items. I had the horrified idea that someone was trying to claim Tira was Gothic Lolita or something! [And Maeanalda, I had forgotten all about Agatha! D:]

I definitely recommend Rozen maiden. It's one of my all time favorite anime! 4laugh
It's about a group of dolls that have been brought to life by their creator for the purpose of fighting one another. It's actually a pretty intense anime with beautiful lolita outfits! 3nodding

whenever i see people asking bout lolita anime or manga they never have Shugo Chara. it is the cutest anime i've ever seen! there is also manga (which not all has been realeased in english yet) but i think the anime is WAY better

Most people don't mention Shugo Chara because it's ... lolicon. Not even close to being lolita fashion related or inspired. It's a Peach-Pit series and they're pretty well known for that sort of thing. o_O;

How about Cardcaptor Sakura? By mentioning it, I'm not at all saying this series, anime or manga, is lolita, but I believe it deserves at a least a mention.

I can't think of any anime's or mangas that weren't previously mentioned.
But I do reccoment Princess Princess. I own the manga, and I find it hilarious, though it could just be my sense of humour.
If you're looking for a game with a bit of Lolita influence, I'd say
The World Ends With You.
There's the lolita shop Lapin Angelique and it's all positively adorable.
I dress my boys in frilly skirts, though
again, my sense of humour. xD

Hmmm...Chobits (by CLAMP) is not ABOUT Lolita fashion, but the characters often wear supaa kawaii Lolita clothes.

Has anybody mentioned Saint October? While they're clothes are fairly normal (except the main girl -.-;; she dresses in classic), when they transform they wear lolita clothing (hello, kuro, shiro, and aka-loli are their fighting names razz )

Too many people said Chobits so I say Bizenghast! (but it's a manga, not an anime..but still the dresses and the main character, Dinah are way cute!) whee
