Stop talking on cell phones and watching TV so much. It's not good for the enviornment, and it's not good for you.
I've also heard of this Tv that's powered by an air bike. You have to peddle to turn it on. That is such a good idea!

Instead of watching TV, play an outdoor game. If it's cold or rainy, dress up and play outside anyways. xp

You can take short baths or take showers instead of waiting for the bath water to warm up.
