About Kyoto type of dragon: oriental+quetzal=quetzantal
why kyoto:a city in japan a lot of japanese mythology is from there
where found: quetzantal are found in various mountain through out the world,the most common place to spot a quetzantal is in a very quiet location that is not polluted by the harmful toxins of the human world,the least common place to see one is in a city hwere there are various pollutants.
about the speices: the quetzantal scale colors depend on its location, for example a quetzantal found near a city will have darker colors that will match the city,in the jungle the quetzantal will have brighter colors(kyoto is a jungle subspeices)the color will almost always match their enviorment.
