About eight years ago, the Ministry of Magic constructed this building to house the Order of the Phoenix's meetings -- to "honor the bravery they displayed in secret during the last two wars." But other than bi-weekly uses of the badass coffee maker, none of the Order is stupid enough to hold a meeting where the Ministry's obviously placed bugs.
