It's February, the shortest month of the year, this year clocking in at only 28 days. Some people will be celebrating Valentine's Day, a day most often characterized by cards, flowers, plushies and candy given to loved ones. While most of us are single this time of year, it is important to at least remember your friends and family at this highly pinkened time. The best gifts come from the heart, and can be expressed with a homemade card or an e-card. February is also Black History month, with a notable date on the 12th. (my mom's b-day) February 12th marks the birthday of Abraham Lincoln, who ended slavery in the US. This act helped free blacks, and paved the way for equality. This year's month is made more special, since the 20th marks the one month anniversary of President Obama's inaguration. This month's topics: What are your thoughts on these holidays, and do you plan to dress up your avitar special on the 12th, 14th and 20th?
