⇥ In the New York City underground, two opposing organizations run the streets. The Hearts and The spades have been fighting since there was something to fight over, their members being kids off the streets with pasts and tales as twisted as their futures. And yet...
⇥ Despite all the odds against them, many kids find a family in their little gangs, they find homes that are safe and warm, they find friends and lovers and happiness where there was none. They find adventure and thrills and wonder in the city around them.
⇥ The two gangs stem from best friends turned enemies. They are set up identical to each other, with rankings and hierarchy and status. With winter coming soon, the game they're about to play is that of survival, their very lives are at stake.So... I'll ask you one more time, and this time... Listen closely.

●◦║ LITERACYUh-oh here come the rules. I want literate roleplays. I'm asking for no less than THREE paragraphs (that's 5-7 sentences people) per post. If you've got writer's block, that fine once or twice or even a few more times, but if your post size is dwindling to nothingness, I'm gonna ask you to leave. One liners are NEVER acceptable. Neither is any chat speak, L33T s**t or terrible grammar/spelling. If you're as literate as I want you to be, then you know this s**t already.●◦║ PROFILES/POSTINGPosts should be in 9-11 size font, with speaking in bold and "", thoughts in italics and any texting or stuff like that in underlines. Please do your best to use good grammar, good spelling, s**t like that. Make your posts pretty, add pictures and blinkies and icons or whatever. Profiles should be pmed to me, with the title as "I'm IN." Reserve spots will be held for TWO DAYS ONLY. Don't use celebs (and that includes famous emos...) for your pictures, if I've seen them a lot I'll ask you to change it.Please don't steal or change my profile skeletons, because I worked hard on them. Please don't join and then leave or post once and then never come back. Anyone who does not post for THREE DAYS will get a warning pm from me. You have two days to respond, then your slot is opened up and you will be kicked out of the roleplay and added to my Scorn list. Try not to pair up right away.... it keeps things interesting to have a lot of hook ups.
