Dear Mount Miguel Parents,

As you may be aware, there were several incidents last week that necessitated the administration of Mount Miguel High School to contact our local sheriff department with the direct assistance of our Mount Miguel School Resource Officer. The purpose of this letter is to provide you with additional information and to request that your support in keeping Mount Miguel a safe and drug-free learning environment.

Following the Friday night basketball game on January 23'rd, a Mount Miguel Freshman and a Helix HS student got into a fight. Several other students from both school became involved and spectators gathered. Order was restores thanks to the quick response of our lemon grove sheriffs. The Mount Miguel student that was involved was suspended.

At 2:00 on Tuesday, well after school had gotten out at 12:30, three students from Helix came to out upper parking lot and fought with two Mount Miguel juniors. The sheriffs were called and charges are pending. The students from Helix have been expelled.

at 3:15 on Thursday, two Mount Miguel freshman went across the street to [insert street name here] to fight. Following the fight, one of the students noticed that her has been cut. The injured student has been suspended for fighting, the other student has been expelled.

At the very end of lunch on Friday, several Latino and African-American students fought in the quad area. Unfortunately, the fighting aroused the interest of many spectators and the crowd was difficult to disperse. Eventually, our campus supervisors, administrators and teachers guided the students to their period 6 classes. A number of students will be suspended will be suspended and some expelled as a result of their actions. the administration took extra precautions on Friday by canceling all after school tutoring and clubs . We still hosted out regularly scheduled basketball and soccer contest on campus. Extra sheriffs were requested to assist in the clearing of the campus following period 6 and 7.

there was also a fight at the soccer game it mentioned XD. And tomorrow there is supposed to be a HUGE racial "riot". For those who have seen the "freedom writers' movie, kinda like that without shooting.

Kinda reminds me back in like grade 11 when there was a bomb threat pretty much every day of the week, also in multiple weeks.

Someone really didn't study for that test or wasn't ready for their presentation I guess. rofl

you need to mantain a d average or higher to stay in honors classes

I loled so ******** hard.

Senior prank when I was like a sophmore was a total racist deal.

Alot of the white kids were fed up at the fact that we were accepting african americans into our school from neighboring towns. There was this whole program to make our school more diverse. It had like 2 african americans who actually lived in the town. Well this program brought over the gangster type kids from our least favorite town, a very poor town. So sadly, this kids brought over drugs, violence. Like they would fight with eachother at least once a week. There was only about 20 of them, but the white folk were pissed.

Also this was in wisconsin, where there are a lot of farms, and the white kids are stupid and think just because there are farms, they are southern, even though wisconsin is a northern state. So one part of the prank was to drive around the parking lot in their pick up trucks with confederate flags. Most of these kids have never even been to the south by the way.

The worst part was, some of them broke into the school at night and hung african barbie dolls from the ceiling and put signs on water fountains, saying "whites only" and crap like that.

It was sick. So the african americans pretty much lashed out at all the whites, even though it was only about a good seven of them involved. Like our school was no longer safe. Almost every day a random white kid would be jumped, even the girls were being beat up by boys in school for absolutely nothing.

And when the school found out who was responsible, they only got a week suspension. >.>

So that was 3 years ago, and the school still has the program today. The other two years I was there, there wasn't anything too bad, but the geography confused white boys would still attempt to drive around with the flags, but nobody cared anymore.
