I can see you doing that with a German accent and a bad hair-do. "Now we put needle in buttocks, yes? You need penacillan for broken arms, ja?"

Oh I hate needles too. Like for my entire life I've hated them. And when I was little I had a complete meltdown when they tested me for alergies (and apparently I'm allergic to bloody everything). And then there was this idiot nurse once that couldn't seem to stab me in the vein with the darn needle, so after the third time she poked me I freaked out and kicked her and tried to bolt out the door.
Normally when I need a shot somebody has to pin me down. The nurses at the doctor's office we go to all dread my being there for shots.....Except Gina. She's not a bloody idiot like the others and actually manages to only have to poke me once. But I still freak out when I see the needles...
Yah. Okay. Am done rambling now.

I finally conquered my fear of having needles put into my arm to draw blood.

My friend Brian went to the doctor for flu shots with his mom, and the lady did the first one painfully slow.
He asked if he could do the next one instead. She balked a little, but he retorted with the fact that he's been a diabetic for fifteen years. And ... He gave himself the injection quickly and more cleanly than her. x3"If your stomach feels weak my work here is DONE."

I've always dealt with getting shots by taking a peppermint and looking at some of those books they have in the office. (Sorta like biting the bullet?)

I used to give my diabetic friend at school their shots.
They said they liked it better when I do it.
