They're good. The Renji one's are particularly good. ^^
Although, not to offend, but did ou really draw all of these? They're all vary alot in skill and I can't really find and similarities in technique amongst them.

Oh, you did a pretty good job with the ones of Hitsugaya, & Renji, and your Ichigo ones are OK, but I'd definetly tell you to practice on Ishida. ^_^

you did really good. some looked traced but im gonna give you the benefit of the doubt. you should practice ishida a little more though
