My parents didn't like my BD a little bit when she started to up the fees for band ("Does she think money grows on trees or something?!") but they seriously dislike her now because she screwed me over on giving out awards during the band banquet. Sounds shallow of us all, but my parents felt like she was playing favorites too much (which she does). What really annoyed me at the time (though it no longer applies) is that she gave another girl the John Philip Sousa award when it would have been of much more use to me. I was the only senior considering being a music major.
Thus is the end of my long-winded ridiculous story.
Though.... my parents will have to deal with her if my little sister does band next year and she is still there. wink
