I have a suggestion for a guild event. It's something that we did in a thread I like to hang out in, and it went over really well so I thought I'd suggest it here.
Scavenger hunt. The guild crew members and captains come up with some sort of image, then hide it in their journals, profiles, edited posts in threads. Then they give a hint, something worded like a riddle that leads to the image. Whoever finds it first must post either a screenshot or a direct link (if you don't/can't/are unsure how to do a screenshot). Do one every day for a set amount of time. Whoever finds the most, gets either a gold or item prize to be determined by the crew and captains.
