Eat smaller meals more often through out the day Limit your portion sizes Cut out junk food and limit sugars like juices Lots of exercise
You could talk to your doctor and see if they can suggest a meal plan or a dietician to help you out.

You can talk to a doctor or dietician for info that may be best suited for your body type. Other than that, it is just a matter of what you eat, how much, and how you exercise.
-Eat smaller meals frequently instead of a few big meals. -Always eat breakfast, or at the very least eat a piece of fruit in the morning. -Don't eat late at night. -Drink water, and definitely try to cut out soda. -Exercise. You can even make simple choices like riding a bike/walking to school instead of being driven (if that is possible), doing exercises while watching the TV instead of just sitting, or telling yourself to do x amount of exercise before you give yourself time on the computer.

It will take time but if you stick to it you can probably get somewhere. First, you should always eat healthy. Junk food won't help you now. You should also try to exersise as much as possible. Try to enjoy yourself while doing it. Remember muscle weighs more than fat. Don't give up!

Baby steps! As AraTeran said, you can't make a change just like that.
I suggest finding a physical activity that you really enjoy, and doing it for about an hour, once every three days. For me, it was taekwondo. You like anime and martial arts? Try it. The Horse Stance is a good way of flattening a stomach.
Or you could bike on an excersise bike in front of the television. My parents have a projection screen in the basement, and they bike for the entire duration of one movie. Kills two birds with one stone that way, lol.
Don't forget to stretch after you excersise.
Eat what you like, when you like, but immediately stop when you're full. Drink lots of water and green tea (it boosts metabolism) and chow on foods like chickpeas (also boosts metabolism). Salmon, too, is full of omega-3 fatty acids that help flatten out the tummy.
Don't give up, and good luck.

Everyone's body chemisty and metabolism function differently so it can't be sure that this plan will effect another body the way it effects yours.
