Clipper of the Clouds doesnt have that wonderful of an opening though. also, Airborn, and the rest of that series by..Kenneth Opal, I think the author is. Air Man, by the author of Artemis Fowl is pretty good too. Not really piraty... , but still good aeronautical books, for sure ^^ I'm a little mad at you now- I can't stop thinking about Airborn. I managed to read a little over 400 pages in like 3 hours. One of the best books I've seen in awhile. The plotline just dragged me in. I was finishing the last 100 pages in my drama class and was having a heart attack.... Tomorrow I'm buying Airborn to have it in my personal library and Skybreaker... Whats the third book called? That money was going to buy me the next Air gear book. Those other two books I will write down right now and look for them. Dunedien- I will look for that too- ... there's a book forum? In here or on regular gaia? They are very good arent they? The Third book is called...Starclimber. Its not as airship orriented as the others, but its good! and continues the plot~ To bad Hydrium isnt real~ hmm? haha I know- I just made an Aim name Hydrium Air. XD Starclimber.... Eh.... I'm just going to get the first and second book for now- I'm probably going to read Airborn like four more times << That ending- The whole thing on the Aurora just had me gasping all through Drama... *SPOILER FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVEN'T READ THE BOOK YET*: (Highlight below) I was soooo upset when Matt didn't get Junior Sailmaker.... You have no idea. I was fuming.... though... Wasn't it so sad how Bruce died? I hated him but in the end he was okay- and everything.spoilers to highlight >< I know! I didnt really think Bruce was terrible, but it sucks that he had to die. Really though, I hardly noticed, because Matt and Kate were still in Danger and that is all I was paying attention too ><Spoilers: I was just pissed that Bruce bought the position- It kinda was his father's fault though. At first when they spoke of the gunshot- I thought it was a pirate till I looked at the name again. I almost screamed.I freaking hate borders. I can't use my freaking giftcard to buy used books on the freaking website and they don't freaking have the books in store. BORDERS SUCKS. *Edited because of alot of cursing. It will cost me $20 to get the first and second book! I want to freaking scream I am so freaking mad. Freak Freak FREAK! actually..I think that $20 is rather reasonable for both of those books... At least in Canada it would probably be a bit more than that.

It kinda wasn't worth it for 3hrs of work plus the extreme discomfort of the uniform.

There is a book called Airman too...by the author of Artemis Fowl that you might like I've been searching for it- However books seem to hate me at the moment- My school library has claimed I didn't return a book when I did- so i have to work with that drama before I can go searching for Airman. I just looked up the name- and just for a simple reference- The author is Eoin Colfer but there's like no way I'm going to remember it... I went to goodwill book store and I managed to pick up a $2 of Around the world in 80 days- So while I'm waiting the 3-8 days for my Kenneth Oppel books- I will read that. I also tried picking up The Time Machine by Wells I believe- and... too much math- I couldn't seem to get it- but then again it was a friday and I was air headed that day.

So I was just sitting in a religious studies course that I'm taking this semester for GE units, minding my business, when the instructor mentioned a name. We were going over a list of books that we could select from for the class. The instructor was casually explaining that he couldn't remember the name of the book, but that it was written by Jules Verne.... .......
So for my religious studies class this semester I am reading American Religions and Religion, American Religious History, The Power of Religion, and Jules Verne's From the Earth to the Moon. Just let that sink in for a moment. That's right.

look for books by H.G. Wells. I highly recomend "The Time Machine". That book got me daydreaming for hours. The movie wasn't as great and they changed quite a bit.

Electric_Tok Airborn is very good~ the second book in the series, sky breaker, is very good too. I havnt read the third yet, but its not supposed to be as lovely as the first too. I read the first too as well, I hadn't any idea that there was a third. Fairly easy reads, but still lovely and enchanting books. I'll have to hunt down the third one next time I'm at the library =]
