Yukino: *looks over where Hagan is looking and notices a crowd of kits* Oh, it's Gwen! Hi Gwen! =D *waves*

Gwen: o.o *looks over* ... *waves slowly, putting on the best smile she can*

Castiel: *noms on Gwen* You have friends?! How did you manage that? XD *laughs* You're so boring!

Gwen: *blushes slightly and looks down*

Yukino: I'm gonna go talk to Gwen now. Bye Anala and Hagan! *waves and walks over* Hello! How're you? biggrin *notices Castiel* What's your name?

Gwen: I am...alright. This is-

Castiel: I'm Castiel! *grins and struts over to Yukino* Who're you????

Yukino: I'm Yukino. 3nodding *at Gwen* That's good. ^^

Gwen: How have you been, Yukino?

Castiel: o.0 Yukino....nice name. Why would you want to be friends with Gweny! She is BO-ring


Yukino: I've been good! ^^ *at Castiel* Thanks! And I'm friends with Gwen because she's nice and friendly. 3nodding

Gwen: *doesn't show it, but is smiling inside at Yukino's nice words*

Castiel: "Nice and friendly" Peh! *closes his eyes and looks away* Don't you want to have fun? >D

Yukino: I like having fun. biggrin There are a lot of ways go have fun though, even just talking can be fun. ^^ Though excitement is just that- exciting, which is pretty fun too. xd

Castiel: See! I knew you wouldn't want to hang around boring Gweny! *grags Yukino's paw* You'll have lots more fun with me

Gwen: *frowns slightly* Yukino...

Yukino: I'd probably have an equal amount of fun with either of you, to be honest. Why are you being mean to Gwen anyway? confused

Castiel: *shrugs* Why not?

Gwen: He is...the typical brother. *smiles slightly at Yukino* Thank you

Yukino: Oh, he's your brother? That explains why. xd I heard that some brothers just like to tease their sisters. Luckily my brother isn't like that, though he's a bit too clingy to Mommy. It's a bit annoying, but Daddy's always around to answer questions and play with me when Mommy's too busy. =D

Castiel: Clingy? He's is a pansy boy then? *laughs*

Gwen: =w=; *twitch* ..Hmm? *tilts her head* Do you spend a lot of time with your parents?

Yukino: A pansy boy? You can't tell that sort of thing at our age. *at Gwen* Yeah. Daddy won't let me run around on my own, and at home I'm with both Daddy and Mommy. 3nodding

Castiel: If you say so. But...we'll see ....*tugs on Yukino's paw* Let's go explore!

Gwen: Hmm.. I see. Mother is usually who I am with. Father disappears often...mostly at night.

Castiel: ...You do know dad is here now, right? *points up*

Paris: o.0....*still hovering*

Yukino: He disappears up into the sky? *looks up* Wow, he's as big as Daddy. =D *at Castiel* Can we all go? =D *doesn't want to leave Gwen behind if they go explore*

Castiel: =w= Fine, fine. If she has to

Gwen: o.o; It will be more fun with everyone. *trying to talk like Yukino*

Paris: *growls softly, swooping down and landing by the kits* It is time to leave. *grabs Castiel and Gwen*

Castiel: *growls* Nooo! Bye bye Yukino! I have to leave! I am being forced D<

Gwen: Goodbye, Yukino. See you again... sometime

Castiel: *jumping and flapping, jumping and flapping*

Yukino: *reading the Magician's Newphew, nearing the end this time though*

Castiel: *still jumping and flapping* Damnit! Why won't it work *not watching where he is going and lands half on yukino* 0.0!

Yukino: *startled* Wha? *looks* Oh! Hi Castiel! biggrin *waves, and puts down her book*

Castiel: Yeah..oops. Did I hurt you? *tilts his head slightly at the book*

Yukino: Nope, you didn't hurt me. 3nodding So how're you? ^^

Castiel: Too bad. ..I mean. *shakes his head, looking slightly confused* I'm glad you aren't hurt. I'm alright. Just trying to fly.

Yukino: Really? How's it going? ^^

Castiel: Not too well. I've been jumping and flapping to no avail.

Yukino: I'm sure you'll get it if you keep trying. 3nodding Have you asked your Dad for tips?

Castiel: No. I haven't seen him for a while. He's prolly with mother since it is light out. He turns all different at night so he likes to do nice things with her during the day *shrugs*

Yukino: Oh, okay. 3nodding *not going to pry* Well, I still think you'll be able to get it if you keep trying. ^^

Castiel: *nods* Hopefully. *looks at her book again* What were you doing..before...

Yukino: I was reading a very good book. ^^ I'm almost done too.

Castiel: Reading? ...Oh. I interrupted... I can go if you want. *laughs* If you think your book is more interesting than me.

Yukino: No, don't go. D= I can always pick it up again and read it later. The book's always around, while you're not.

Castiel: True. *smirks* But are you sure you want me here? *moves closer to her and tilts his head*

Yukino: Why wouldn't I want you here? You're my friend. 3nodding

Castiel: *stares at her for a second, moving his face closer to hers* Because.. *pauses there very close to her, looking at her* XD *suddenly pulls back and laughs* I don't know. What do you want to do then.

Yukino: *blinks a bit when he brings his face very close to hers, then laugh with him at the "I don't know" statement* Hmmm...we could....make snow sculptures. =D If you want to, I mean. 3nodding

Castiel: *nods* Whatever you want! *jumps back, wings fluttering* The snow here is probably deep enough to have enough.

Yukino: Yep, we should have enough! =D *wonders what to make, then realizes something* Oh, wait...I need to go put my book back ...I'll meet you here very soon! *waves, grabs her book and scurries off*

One Fight Later...

Yukino: *wanders into the clearing, this time without her book, and in the spot where they said they'd meet up*

Castiel: *sighs and sits down, really wondering what got into him* ...*suddenly remembers he was suppose to meet yukino. Jumps up and runs to where they said they'd meet*

Yukino: *spots Castiel* Hi Castiel! =D *doesn't notice any blood yet since he has red fur*

Castiel: *makes it over to her* Hey. Did I keep you waiting? *sighs slightly, trying not to show he is a little tired*

Yukino: *shakes her head* No, not at all. ^^ *tilts her head, frowning a bit* Is that...blood? Did you hurt yourself? D=

Castiel: 0.0 Wha.. umm.. *wipes at his cheek* It's..nothing. *looks down, frowning, wiping the blood in the snow*

Yukino: You sure? *last time she'll ask*

Castiel: I just... got in a fight. *shrugs*

Yukino: You did? Oo

Castiel: *nods and shrugs* I don't... *furrows his brow* Ah nevermind. You still want to make sculptures?

Yukino: Yeah. =D

Castiel: *smiles* Alright! *grins and starts to pull snow into a pile*

Yukino: *does the same, wondering what to make*

Castiel: *makes a fairly big pile and packs it down more* hmm... *tilts his head*

Yukino: *finally decides on something, and starts to shape the idea*

Castiel: *starts to scrape away bits of snow with his claws, forming...something* How's it going? *glances over at yukino*

Yukino: It's going very well! =D *continues to shape it*

Castiel: Good! *continues working, then steps back* Hmm.. *tilts his head*

Yukino: *makes a pair of ears on top of her pile which could be wolf ears, fox ears, or something similar in style* =3

Castiel: *looks back at her sculpture* Hmm o0 Interesting. It looks good! *looks back at his, which looks like nothing* ... *smashes it* >..>

Yukino: *makes a muzzle, and looks over at Castiel* Didn't like yours?

Castiel: Nope. *starts again* Yours is looking good though ^^

Yukino: Thanks. ^^ *forming the rest of the body now*

Castiel: *smiles and continues his "masterpiece"* hmm *shaping as best a sphere as he can*

Yukino: *looks over, almost done with her fox* Making an orb? =3

Castiel: *looks at her, beaming a bit* Yeah..

Yukino: It looks really nice. ^^ *imagining it being a glass orb filled with pretty colors and sparkling like a crystal*

Castiel: Yeah, I know! Yours looks great! *steps back* It's done...

Yukino: Thanks! *looks at it* Yours looks great too. It's a perfect orb. =D *finished up her fox* Now mine's done too. ^^

Castiel: It's a .. a umm.. *tilts his head* I know what those are. My dad eats them sometimes...

Yukino: It's a fox. =D Your dad eats them?

Castiel: *shrugs* Yeah, sure. He eats everything pretty much ^^;

Yukino: That's because he's big and strong and probably has a big appetite. 3nodding I like foxes in stories. They're really clever. ^^

Castiel: Never heard any stories with foxes... Never heard any stories at all really. o.o;

Yukino: Really? Your mom doesn't read stories to you? O_O You know how to read though, right? *just checking*

Castiel: No. Not really. *shrugs* ...I know a bit.

Yukino: I'll bring over some books sometime and we can read them together if you want. 3nodding There are a lot of different stories out there- scary stories, funny stories, adventurous stories, romantic stories, and stories with so much drama it's not even funny. xd

Castiel: o.o *blinks* Sure. Alright.. if that's what you want. *grins and pokes her cheek lightly*

Yukino: So what kind of stories would you like to hear? ^^

Castiel: Do they got really suspenseful adventure ones? Or.. anything you like. *smiles* ...

Yukino: I could try to find some suspenseful adventure stories. They'd be fun to read. 3nodding

Castiel: *nods* You can get a lot of books then? *pauses* owo So that means you want to see me again. *grins*

Yukino: Yep! Mom has a lot of books on her bookshelf. And of course. ^^

Castiel: Alright. I will agree to see yo again on one condition.

Yukino: What's the condition? *tilts her head*

Castiel: *smirks* You have to promise I can take you up in the sky...when I learn how more. *remembering lifting Yetaru and himself up a little*

Yukino: I'd love that. Sounds like a lot fun. ^^

Castiel: *nods* Alright then. I agree to see you again. *nibbles lightly on her ear*

Yukino: Okay. ^^ *giggles a bit from the nibbling*

Castiel: *smiles at her giggling* So...this reading thing. Is it very hard?

Yukino: Some find it hard. I found it kinda easy. The difficulty level all depends on you. =3

Castiel: Ah. Well.. what if someone, say, didn't really know how to read at all and they were as old as me. Think it would make it harder?

Yukino: *thinks* I would think so, but I believe anyone could pick it up if they really wanted to and tried. And with someone there to teach you it's even easier. 3nodding

Castiel: Oh alright. This is just an "if". Not saying it's like that for anyone I know. *looks away* Ahem. *pounces her*

Yukino: *giggles when she's pounced*

Castiel: *smiles then suddenly frowns and pauses* You're not afraid of me, are you?

Yukino: *shakes her head* No. Why? ^^

Castiel: *shrugs* Good. I don't want to be scary. And I don't want to be mean. *realizes she probably has no idea what he's going on about* Er... *shakes his head* No reason. ^^

Yukino: *thinks it's about the fight* Okay. biggrin

Castiel: So *rolls away from her a bit* What do you want to do?

Yukino: Hmmm... *thinks* Do you have any ideas?

Castiel: Well only idea I have is not possible. I want to show you where I live. ^^

Yukino: That would have been nice. =D Why's it not possible?

Castiel: Well.. it's quite far. And could be dangerous. And... I'm not ..good enough yet to take you. *nods* Plus father would most likely not like it at all.

Paris: *lands with a gust, growls lightly at Yukino* Castiel. It's time to go. *trying his hardest to control himself though it's dark*

Castiel: *sighs and frowns* I have to go. Maybe.. I'll see you again soon. *heads toward his dad, stops, turns back and kisses Yukino's cheek then jumps on his dad's back* Get home safe.

Paris: *snarls and flies off*

Yukino: Okay, see you soon. 3nodding *smiles at the kiss on the cheek* whee

Feb 3rd

Yukino: *walks out and spots Gwen* Hi Gwen! biggrin *waves* Long time no see! How're you?

Gwen: *smiles slightly and waves at Yukino* Hello. I am alright. How are you, Yukino?

Yukino: I'm good. ^^ So what've you been up to lately?

Gwen: Just... exploring a little. I have not been out much though.

Yukino: Exploring is fun. ^^ *wonders about something* So do you like reading? If you read books you can explore all kinds of worlds without having to travel too far.

Gwen: Reading? I suppose. *hasn't actually read a book*

Yukino: Have you read any yet? =3

Gwen: No. I have not. I suppose you have though?

Yukino: *nods* Yep! ^^ I can share some books with you if you want to read them.

Gwen: Oh. Thank you. What books do you have? It would be nice to have something to do while in that cave all day.

Yukino: All kinds of books! =D If you want to go on an adventure though, I'd recommend Gulliver's Travels. It's silly, but pretty good too. ^^

Gwen: Ah. Travels...that sounds nice. Were does Gulliver travel to?

Yukino: He travels to a land of Lilliput with people a 7th of his size, he traveled to a land with giants...he travels all over the place. 3nodding Every place he travels to is kinda weird in some way, but it's a good weird.

Gwen: o.o I take it this is not a true story then. It sounds quite interesting.

Yukino: Not at all. xd And it is interesting. And if you want something that'll take the laws of the world and tip them upside-down I could give you Alice in Wonderland too. 3nodding

Gwen: Alice in Wonderland... this is fiction as well? I think I would like fictional stories best. I will read them both if you do not mind lending them to me.

Yukino: *nods* I've got no problem lending them to you. I know you'll take good care of them. ^^

Gwen: Yes, I will. *smiles slightly, then pauses and tilts her head* Have you seen Castiel lately? *already knows bc castiel talks about stuff a lot*

Yukino: *nods* Yep! I'm helping him learn how to read. We're reading Angels and Demons together. ^^

Gwen: *laughs once* The title is...fitting. Well, he seems very excited about it. He has talked about it a lot the past few days.

Yukino: I'm glad he's excited about it. ^^ *makes her happy to hear that*

Gwen: Me too. *looks yukino over* You grew, didn't you. I suppose we all did.

Yukino: Yep. We're all teens now, able to be out on our own. =D

Gwen: I would not say that...I am not allowed out unless my father brings me here. Castiel is the same way. however he has been trying to leave the cave on his own. Our father is very controlling...at night. But I am glad you get to be out freely.

Yukino: That's a shame. sad I suppose he's just concerned about your safety, if overly so. I'm sure that Dad probably checks up on me every so often as well.

Gwen: I suppose. And I should be glad. An over protective father is better than none at all I would assume. But then I would not know ^^;

Yukino: I've heard of namrah who don't have fathers. They're either adopted by others as an egg or arrive as an adult or teen.

Gwen: That is interesting. I see your range of knowledge about Namrah is better than mine.

Yukino: It's what my dad told me one day. Apparently he didn't have any parents, or at least none he knew about.

Gwen: Oh. I wonder if my father or mother knew their parents. My father is a ...Pokemir. So I doubt he had or knew parents. I have not talked to my mother about it.

Yukino: Pokémir? *thinks for a minute* Oh, those are the namrah with powers. =3

Gwen: *nods* Yes. They all have four I believe. My father knows how to fly, to make it rain, and...I don't know the others.

Yukino: I hear that sometimes Pokémir descendents can have powers too. Sometimes. =3

Gwen: ...Oh? *ponders* I wonder if I will have any powers. *looks at her paw* I obviously cannot fly. Perhaps Castiel will inherit that one.

Yukino: Maybe. ^^ *spots her family* Oh, there's Mom and Kuya. =D *waves* See you later Gwen! I'm gonna go talk to my family now. ^^ Bye! *scurries off*

Feb 12th

Yukino: *hanging out by the tree with the book*

Castiel: *climbing a different tree, preparing to jump off*

Yukino: *looking around, noticing Castiel right before he prepares to jump off, and watches curiously*

Castiel: *hasn't noticed Yukino yet, leaps off, flapping is wings vigorously* Ha! *manages to stay in the air a bit, and ends up gliding to the ground*

Yukino: *continues to watch, noticing that he's gliding pretty well*

Castiel: *lands roughly and stumbles, causing him to roll forward into the snow* Damn! *stands and brushes snow off of himself*

Yukino: Are you okay? =3

Castiel: *looks up, a bit surprised to see Yukino* o.o Hey! *tromps over to her and pounces lightly* I'm fine, see?

Yukino: *giggles a bit* Yep! ^^ It looks like you're improving. 3nodding

Castiel: I think I am. ^^ I've been practicing! I'm going to be able to fly everywhere soon

Yukino: Just in time for summer! You'll get to fly around up really high with water balloons and drop them on namrah. xd Or we could set up targets and you can try to hit the targets.

Castiel: *blinks* owo water balloons? Whatever it is it sounds fun!

Yukino: I'll show you a balloon around Valentine's Day. They're like that, only filled with water, and they pop when they hit something.

Castiel: owo Sounds deviously fun. ...I'll do it! Valentine's day? I've heard something about that recently... o.0

Yukino: That's because it's coming up really soon. 3nodding

Castiel: But...what is it? o.o *sits next to her*

Yukino: It's a holiday that celebrates love. =3

Castiel: o.o; Love? Well that's interesting. Wh...what do Namrah do to celebrate it? besides balloons as you mentioned.

Yukino: Hmmmm...well, most of the time they celebrate by giving gifts and spending the day with the ones they care about. ^^

Castiel: o.0 Really? ...*pauses, pondering* Alright. If you say so...I wonder if my parents do anything for it

Yukino: Probably. If they're not too busy I mean. 3nodding

Castiel: Hmm.. What..kind of gift is your dad going to get your mom do you think?

Yukino: Oh, I don't know. Probably a book that my mom doesn't have that he knows to be good.

Castiel: Oh. *ponders and studies his paw* You know of any good books she doesn't have that she might want?

Yukino: *thinks* Hmmmm...well, Mom has a lot of books so I'm not sure what good books she doesn't have. Carrie, maybe? I don't think she has Carrie.

Castiel: *wonders what Carrie is...also wonders where one would even buy books* Oh o.o Well I'm sure he'll get her something she'll like >w<

Yukino: Well, it's the thought that really counts. Anything Dad gets Mom is something that she'll love because it'll be thought out and from the heart. ^^

Castiel: *smiles* Right, exactly! Anyways...*looks at the book* You think we have time to read more, or is it too dark already?

Yukino: I don't know. >.> *opens up the book and shows it to Castiel* Can you make out the words?

Castiel: *blinks and stares at the book* umm.. no. >.> I can see a little. But..I guess it's hard. o.o

Yukino: Then yeah, it is a bit too dark. So we could do something else tonight. 3nodding

Castiel: *nods* 0w0 We could explore or.... ... We could..talk. or... *pauses* What do you want to do?

Yukino: Explore and talk? =D

Castiel: *smiles* Yeah! We haven't really explored the forest. But it might be too dark o.o Oh, there's the beach?

Yukino: The beach is cool. It's right over that way. =3 *points*

Castiel: *looks where she points* Then let's go! *grabs her paw and tugs lightly, smiling*

Yukino: *smiles and starts heading that way* This is gonna be fun! =D

Castiel: Yep! You ever been to the beach? *slows down to let her lead more*

Yukino: *nods* My Dad took my siblings and I to the beach one time so we knew where it was in time from Spring and Summer when it'll be warm enough to swim. 3nodding We got to play in the sand a bit, but it was a bit too cold to really enjoy it.

Castiel: Oh...Well we'll have lots of time in the spring to enjoy it. I haven't really been to the beach. Just seen it from the skies

Yukino: I bet an bird's eye view of it is very nice. ^^ But you wouldn't get to see the shells and other things like that because you're up so high and going so fast.

Castiel: *nods* Yeah, it does look cool. But you're right. Can't see the shells and..things. Or feel the water or the sand or anything.

Yukino: Ooh! Maybe we'll find a pair of nice shells for you and I to take home, like a souvenir. =D

Castiel: That would be great! I bet my brother and sisters would be jealous >3 *flips his wings anxiously*

Yukino: *looks around* I think we're almost there. ^^

Castiel: *looks around, trying to recognize something* Really? Things definitely look different from down here. *tromps ahead* Come on! owo

Yukino: *charges on along with him*

March 13th

Castiel: *struts out and flexes his wings* Hmm...hmm.. not too shabby

Yukino: *out beneath her usual tree*

Castiel: *spots yukino and bounds over to her* Yukino? owo Look at you! 8D

Yukino: Hm? Oh, hi Castiel! =D Oooh, you look good. ^^

Castiel: Thanks! You look...*pauses and speaks a little softer* You look beautiful, Yukino. *grins*

Yukino: *blushes a bit* Aw, thank you Castiel. ^^

Castiel: Well I only speak truth. *sits next to her and then nudges her side gently* How have you been?

Yukino: I've been good. ^^ You?

Castiel: Pretty good, pretty good. *flexes his wings* Well.. not so good with the flying business. *looks down*

Yukino: Awww...*nudges him a bit* You'll get it. ^^

Castiel: *smiles again* I know. It's just annoying right now *flaps his wings a bit* You feel any different being older now?

Yukino: *nods* A little. Not a lot though. You?

Castiel: Yeah, just a little for me too. My wings especially. They feel stronger.. but.. ah well. I will keep my promise to take you flying with me!

Yukino: I know you will. =D

Castiel: *grins then relaxes a little* Oh. You know how we were reading that book so I could learn to read? Well.. I was finishing off the candy heart things the other day and I tried reading them.

Yukino: Really? Could you? ^^ *actually has the book with her so they can finish eventually*

Castiel: *nods happily* For the most part I think. One said "You rule" owo and another said "What ever" *laughs a little* But one said the letters U-R and then the word kind. I assume it is trying to say you are kind?

Yukino: *nods* Yep, the U means you and the R means are. ^^

Castiel: I thought so! >3 See? You have been helping me a lot!

Yukino: I'm glad I could help. You'll be reading like a pro in no time. =D

Castiel: All thanks to you. ^^ Hey.. we never did finish that book we started though.

Yukino: *picks up the book* I've got it right here. ^^

Castiel: Wow! You're good aren't you. *scoots closer to her and relaxes* Alright then.. let's read

Yukino: *smiles and begins to read*

Castiel: *reads the words silently along with her, being sure to stop her once in a while to ask what a word is if he doesn't recognize it*

Castiel: *suddenly, but silently and discreetly watches at Yukino as she reads*

Yukino: *still reading, sort of unaware*

Castiel: *smiles as he watches her, still listening to her read, but not really hearing what's going on*

Yukino: *still reading, but senses that his attention is kind of elsewhere and wonders offhandedly if he's going to do something*

Castiel: *bites his lip a little then suddenly licks her ear almost affectionately*

Yukino: *ear flicks in response, and Yukino looks over at him with a smile and a slight blush* ... *isn't really sure what to do or say, her thoughts sort of absent at the moment, but leans over and licks his ear as well*

Castiel: *grins and blushes lightly though it can't be seen* Yukino... you know you're my best friend, right?

Yukino: *smiles* Really? You're my best friend too. ^^

Castiel: *grins more* Good. *pulls her into him a little, looks at her face briefly then decides to hug her*

Yukino: *hugs back, nuzzling a little* ^^

Castiel: *purrs then groans softly as he pulls back* Ah ..hmm..Yukino?

Yukino: Yes?

Castiel: *looks nervous, then suddenly smiles confidently again* We can keep reading if you want. *nibbles her ear playfully*

Yukino: *giggles* Okay. ^^ *goes back to reading, letting him nibble on her ear*

Castiel: *looks at the book as she reads and continues nibbling absently*

Yukino: *just overall happy, reading and being eaten nibbled*

Castiel: *wraps his arms around Yukino from sorta behind and rests his chin on her shoulder* owo

Yukino: *gives him a little nuzzle and continues reading* ^^

Castiel: *grins and nuzzles back* >w< This is a good book. >w>

Yukino: Yeah. =D

Castiel: *closes his eyes with his head still resting genly on her shoulder as he listens to her reading. Starting to fall asleep*

Yukino: *reads until she notices that he's asleep and smiles, putting the bookmark in place and gently curling up next to him in a comfortable position to sleep without disturbing him*
